This was my first time ordering from Denny’s. It will be my last. When the food arrived it was cold. The French toast I ordered was missing the toppings that I paid for. On top of that the hash browns did not taste real. They were hard and rubbery. They did not taste like potatoes. I’ve eaten from Denny’s a few times in the past but I will not be going back. This food was not good at all. I was not satisfied.

The overnight manager should be replaced. He’s cooking wearing flip flops. Tall short hair guy with glasses. Absolutely no managerial skills. We are in around midnight. Look what was baked into the toast! Manager handled entire situation unprofessionally.

I’m shocked that this place has a 4 star rating. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with my wife yesterday and from the beginning to the end it was a horrible experience. We were sat pretty quickly, but the waitress took about 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. We both got a burger. The waitress never asked us what temperature we’d like it cooked. It was brought to us with a small handful of very hard and cold fries and the burgers were messy and falling apart because the bread was wet. We asked for sauces that took another 10 minutes to come and forget cleaning off the table to even give the thought of dessert or anything else. The food was mediocre, service was terrible and it wasn’t even crowded!!! Never again.

I would avoid ordering online and pick up. Just because they forget to put some food in. The PM crew always has an attitude and completely disorganized. On my pick up today they gave my food so someone else, the waitress was yelling at her co workers in front of multiple customers. I was embarrassed, told the waitress “it’s fine it happens, don’t mind waiting”. AM crew is a whole different experience dining in very pleasant!

Ordered early morning. Spent all evening and night in the hospital. Me my mom and grandad enjoyed our food ! I love when a black man is the chef ! Salute the chef ! They left the salsa from the burrito but the food was so fresh and delicious it didn’t even need it ! Keep up the good work ! I had dennys in college park not too long ago absolutely no comparison! Tried to order the Smokehouse Skillet – was told they were out of mac and cheese. Asked to substitute red skin potatoes – out of those, too. Substituted onions, peppers, and jalapenos – when it came to the table, the brisket was literally burned to a crisp. The servers said “it is supposed to come like that, it is blackened”. It was not blackened, it was burned. I could not taste meat, I could only taste char. If it had come out like that cooking at home, I would have thrown it away. Ordered apple pie crisp, and was warned they were out of vanilla ice cream (and substituted chocolate), but was *not* told they were out of crust/crumble, so it was “mush”, not “crisp”. Ordered the appetizer sampler, and was *not* told they were out of mozzarella sticks – until after the plate was on the table. It was hard to get the attention of either of the two persons that waited on us. Sat looking at my food for almost 10 minutes before I was able to get silverware, because they forgot that, too. There was little to no follow-up after each course was served. There was a puddle in the ladies bathroom – no warning marker – and my date slipped and fell – no one helped her. When I asked to have the entree, which I did not eat, taken off the bill there was a lot of resistance before they finally agreed to do it. We were told we were going to get a discount for the messed up dessert and the messed up appetizer and when the bill came there were no discounts. At that point I was tired of fighting with them and really just wanted to leave so I didn’t make a big deal about it. It will probably be a long time before we come back here.

We go here quite frequently and always for Christmas breakfast. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is well portioned and fairly priced and a nice menu variety for any pallet. Breakfast anytime of day and seasonal specials. They do pretty good at cooking your eggs to order (i.e. over medium and tell them you want a dipping egg with runny yolk) (this way you get the yummy yolk but not the raw egg white). The sit a lot of big parties so be patient while they rearrange and get your table set up. The food is good and you get a nice visit that’s unrushed with whomever you’re dining with. They also do carryout and dine at the counter. It’s definitely one of our late night go to spots as they’re open 24 hours.
