Opened in 1999, Dempsey’s is the 2nd oldest brewery in the state,. Family run, and a fun atmosphere. From our 21+ Tap lines, house brewed brews ( and Rootbeer / Cream Soda ) to a full menu with made from scratch recipes, a full liquor rail, and 160+ seats, we’ve got something for everyone. Summer we have deck / outdoor seating. In Winter we have a warm fireplace, and decor like you wouldn’t believe. Flags fly high around the restaurant, and we have a terrific crew. Owner Sean Dempsey Is a member of the US Pizza Team, and has won multiple awards with his pizzas. Cheers!

Fun place. Had pizza yesterday and my question is why do I get much better pizza (mainly the crust) in middle America than on east coast. The pizza is great. Today I had the fish and chips which was above average and plenty of it. Wife had flat iron steak which she said was the best she ever had. Brought home half the steak and the jambalaya side. The beer is cold and the Black Bear stout is good.. be careful it creeps up on you. Wife had cucumber martini and really liked it. Samantha was a terrific server. Attentive and patient Plus taking Apple Pay at the table to me is a big plus.

The food is pretty good, they make their own bread. And have an unique menu. My son and I had kamikaze burgers, my one daughter had Alfredo, and my other daughter and husband shared a pizza no one had complaints. Our family of 5 ate for under$100 and that was with 2 drinks and an appetizer I don’t think that’s too bad. I give 4 stars because it wasn’t that busy but the service was mediocre and it was chilly in the restaurant. Also i wanted a medium burger and it was well.

Surprised by the great pizza in this small town restaurant. Tried the weekly special, elote Mexican street corn pizza and it was tasty. The beer was pretty good as well, we had two flights to try all of their home made varieties. I thought the darker beers were better than the light/IPA.

My favorite pizza restaurant! Love the unique toppings and the GF cauliflower crust is shockingly delicious. My family has made the 55-mile trip up to Watertown just for Dempsey’s several times. Love this place!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! All appetizers were delicious and all the pizzas were phenomenal! Our waitress, Ciera, was very polite, professional, friendly and she delivered a perfect customer experience for us!! Possibly the best experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant!!
