Bbq is like art. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Everyone has a different take on what bbq should be and or not be. I rank in the top percent of google reviews for restaurants so I know what I’m talking about. Excellent service the food I can honestly say lacked flavor the brisket was really dry but it had a good smoky flavor to it. The Mac n cheese seemed like box made and had little to no taste and creaminess to it. The sweet tea was on point. I would definitely be back to try out some other menu items.

Rarely have I found a place that makes fries good enough to eat without covering them in some sort of sauce. I love these fries! The brisket was cut too thin for my taste, but it was tender and delicious. The chicken and shredded pork were moist. The coleslaw was a bit wilted but tasty.

Friendly staff and quick service. The smoked cream cheese was our app. I wish it were more smoked and would even suggest baking it….but it was OK.

A good down home atmosphere with a very attentive waitstaff where the meats are perfectly smoked and the sides are a nice compliment. We had the ribs and brisket special of the day. The serving size was VERY generous; 2 ribs and 6 slices of brisket along with toast, pickle, and two sides. It was enough for two meals!

Phoenix did a great job t making us feel welcome and took good care of us. Food was good and serving sizes generous. Bbq sauce was exceptional. The place is a little rough around the edges, but some evidence of updates can be seen. Location is great from the interstate. We’ll stop by again.

This place used to be named Biffles BBQ. They apparently changed name & ownership a few years ago. Same great food and the interior has not changed at all. We run the Denver – KC – STL loop several times a year to visit family. We will be stopping in for meals in the future. A ++

Excellent BBQ! It is some of the best that I have had. The sampler came with brisket, pulled pork, 1 rib, chicken, two sides, and Texas toast. All the meats had excellent flavor, great smokiness (but not overpowering), and they were tender and juicy. The ribs had a good bit of meat on them, and they were practically fall-of-the-bone. The baked beans were very good, and the fries were homemade. They were cooked perfectly and not oversalted. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend giving them your business if you are ever in Concordia, MO! Thanks for an excellent meal!
