A quaint and nicely appointed little diner on the main drug thru Nokomis, IL…a cute little town with 3 beautiful parks, brick neighborhood roads, with people walking their pets and jogging; reflecting an idyllic suburban life.
Our service and food was excellent! Plenty of choices on the menu, from breakfast items, multiple types of burgers, salads, soup and comfort foods as well.
We will definitely be back!

Owner is quite rude, refused to fix our burnt order, wouldn’t let me take my sons food to go, got in husband’s face cause his food was burnt, my eggs were severely under cooked, new waitress didn’t even check on us once. When we brought up concerns owner got rude and belligerent. We had been there multiple times previously and not once a problem until today.

This regular country diner promotes that it has the best burgers in the area – well they may be a little sloppy on presentation but the royal burger was great – fried egg, thick bacon and a patty cooked to order. Other menu options were good too. Enjoy this place for what it is – the place was clean, apart from the bathroom done in a truck stop style; the people friendly, the food perfectly good for the scene.

This place is amazing… The food is great and the people are even better.. We just lost a family member amd had to come from out of state with little planning be able to get done so after the funeral the family wanted to visit and catch up and for a small diner they quickly rearranged and set up for all of us. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they lightened the mood so we went from funeral to family reunion in minutes… I would give more stars if I could.

We came to Nokomis for a basketball tourney and had breakfast at Demi’s Diner. It was very good! They have lots of menu items to chose from for breakfast and lunch. There were 7 of us and the service was excellent! We will be sure to eat here again. Thank you.

Great family restaurant. Owner is great. Always checking to see if everything is okay. If not he makes it right. Waitresses are good and friendly. It is like being a part of the family! Check it out! Great food and good prices.
