Service was friendly too!
We ordered pizza, a foot long meatball sub and salad. It was delicious and we’ll definitely be going back soon!
If you enjoy this pizza, you don’t know what good pizza is. I would recommend going elsewhere for pizza.
Ya walk in and see the big board of so many options then you order, pay and go take a seat. They’ll bring your food to you.
I was very happy the pizza wasn’t greasy and my sub bun was nice and crisp. Also got one of the desserts they offered and we had to grab another one, it was so good!
Now, this is Sumter, so don’t go expecting cut fresh pepperonis and mushrooms.
The pizza dough is a standard bread dough (I’m not kidding) It’s thick and resembles a bad version of focaccia bread, nothing pizza about it. Both 16 inch pizzas were room temperature. The topping appeared to be tossed on after it was removed from the oven. The Whole Feta & Bread appetizer is just lame marinara sauce with crumbled grocery store feta accompanied with toasted french bread, not worth the price. My husband and I dined in and left a tip only to discover there was no table service. How could anyone anticipate that? The pizza, drinks, and appetizer had been brought out to our table, the girl never returned after. We requested a refund on the Tiramisu I never received but was available when I initially placed my order. It was sold out by the time we were done waiting for the cashier to bring it to us. The plates we requested never arrived, the cashier was taking a to-go call instead. I had to retrieve them from her personally. I asked for my tip back as well as the refund for the Tiramisu. The manager was not receptive to speaking with us and avoided us. We requested that our pizza be reheated, it took forever. We requested the pizza be boxed to go while it was still in the oven because we were not going to endure such bad service any longer. The two young girls taking payment were not trained well and were lost in the sauce. They did not know what Balsamic Vinaigrette was though it was a dressing featured on their menu. Every television was off and the environment was stone silent. It was not a pleasure dining in which explains the plethora of to-go orders that took way too long to complete. The manager insisted on speaking with us from the register, which created a scene. We asked to have the conversation in private. We appeared to be just another group of angry black folks who could not get their way. I’m sick and tired of these trash businesses in Sumter that take our money and give us bare minimum in return. Enough is enough. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. Neither should you. Bad service does not deserve the publics support. Hold these businesses accountable for their actions. We spent over $80 for our meal. That’s insane for the quality we received.
And the Macaroni and cheese is to die for!!!! Tonight wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. The pizza crust wasn’t cooked all the way through and it seems like my order was given to someone else, because my family ordered a other pizza and macaroni and cheese after I did and they received there order 10 minutes before I got mine. It wasn’t the best night for me.
