Its definitely better than a chain place!!! Everyone had a place like this growing up where real milk was used and the owners were dedicated to quality. The best review given is the huge line infront of this place during the summer.

We drove 20 minutes from our house yesterday to get some ice cream, it was about 7:30 pm. Sign and google say they are open until 9pm. Show up and there is a sign on the drive through that says closed and they were all shut up. Ended up at Culver’s but wasn’t what we wanted.

Very good, especially on a muggy day. Second time visiting there. Didn’t know what I wanted – just something with chocolate. The young lady serving me suggested a Reese’s Tornado. And, she even asked if I was allergic to peanuts or did I like peanut butter. Excellent service.
