We went a couple of weeks ago for brunch. It was empty besides one other table when we arrived around 1 pm. I believe the brunch hours are on the website but not correct on Google so the only patrons are the ones that happen to see it open while nearby or one that check the website.

The service was excellent. All staff was very courteous and attentive.

We tried the buffet style brunch, 25.99 for salad, lobster bisque, meatballs, and brunch and dessert pizza. I can’t even count how many types of pizzas they offered. My plate was constantly full and they still had more variations available every time someone came around. The chef also requested feedback so he can make changes.

The drinks were too strong for me but that’s a personal preference. You will get your money’s worth of alcohol. Lol

We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our experience at DeLuca Pizza! My kids and I came in on a Tuesday and couldn’t believe how quiet it was honestly shocked, because this place is such a hidden gem. I feel like people just don’t know it’s here yet, even though it’s been open about a year. More people NEED to know.

The space is adorable modern, artsy, and such a vibe. Happy hour all day, every day (yes please), and they open at 4:30 which is perfect for families. The food was a huge hit with my kids, and the fact that kids under five eat free is a major win.

Shoutout to Abby, who is hands-down the best server ever. She gave an amazing drink recommendation and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and asking for Abby every time.

Absolutely incredible experience at Delucca! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and seamless from start to finish. The pizza was phenomenal: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time it came around.

A huge shoutout to Abby , who truly made our night unforgettable. She was AMAZING at keeping our drinks filled, explaining the different pizzas, and making sure we never missed a slice. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work.

If you’re coming to Delucca for incredible pizza and top-tier service, you’re in for a treat—especially if Abby is taking care of you. We’ll absolutely be back! ✨

The ambiance was not what I was expecting. As soon as you walk in, you get punched with the noise level. I was expecting a more romantic or upscale ambiance. Instead, it felt and sounded like walking in to a mall food court or a school cafeteria. At least it was lively. They have very young people working here, therefore the service was struggling a bit. We ordered alcoholic beverages but our server forgot to put our order in. We turned over our green “dot” but we were getting passed up by every Gaucho that walked by. We’re finally had to stop one of them and ask them to please give us food. They apologized and began to bring us food. After initial “confusion,” the rest of the night went very smooth. The drinks were delicious and the pizza was incredible. The shift manager also came by to make sure the service had improved. Note that I know what to expect, we’ll definitely be coming back with more friends and family.

Who knew an elote “corn in a cup” would taste good on a pizza it was really good to me. The family enjoyed the different pizzas and the dessert pizza is fantastic as well.

Delucca Gaucho Pizza did not disappoint. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the gourmet pizzas just kept coming. Every slice we tried was fresh, creative, and genuinely delicious—there wasn’t a miss in the lineup.
Huge shoutout to Ryan, our server, who was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we never missed a pizza we wanted to try. Service like that really elevates the whole experience.
If you’re looking for great pizza, great service, and a memorable night out, Delucca Gaucho is absolutely worth it. We’ll be back.

First time visiting. Service was absent. We saw her once, then didn’t again for almost 30 minutes. I actually assumed I was wrong in understanding the establishment concept, and asked a runner for help getting another drink. She couldn’t help. We spoke with the table next to us, who had the same issue and they actually got up to complain. Next table over was much larger, and I overheard them do the same thing, asking the pizza runners for help. One patron said “we don’t even know who our server is”. Rodizio style that claims unlimited refills, but nobody comes around? That’s a problem.

I’d be a bit more understanding if the food was top notch. It wasn’t. The pizza seemed undercooked, and often would have the topping slide off the dough. We just kept getting offered the same style pizza, elote. There doesn’t seem to be an rhyme or reason for the “courses” because we were only offered 2 dessert style pizzas, both nutella. Again, chewy dough. Left feeling like we didn’t get the experience that was advertised.

Really disappointed because I had the place recommended by friends. I think we just got unlucky, someone having a bad night or understaffed during holidays or something. But even so, it was off enough that I’m not convinced I’d try them again. One positive at least, the atmosphere is nice. But they should just go buffet if they can’t conduct the operation. The runners were great though, maybe management needs to rethink some things at this location.

First time here. No clue what to expect. Greeted and seated quickly. Server came with the salad in hand. Explained the menu but did not try to push the upscale but did explain the options well.
The pizza is a super thin crust with some being firm and some being a bit soft and limp. The flavor of the toppings were nice and surprising. The only issue was the inconsistency in the crust doneness and the servers bypassing our table a couple of times. Make sure to tell your server when you are ready for the desert, and if you want to go back to savory pizza you will also have to tell them that because they assume you are done. I would also make sure you are seated where you can see the server coming to be able to flag them down. We did not really have a bad pice of pizza but I will say the banana pizza tasted good but looked very bad and unappetizing.

Loved the look of the restaurant. Very surprised with how they were able to completely redesign the space that used to be a fast casual restaurant.

I tried 2 pizzas that I loved, pepperoni and truffle and cheese. Usually not a fan of truffle so this was a pleasant surprise. The green salad, meatballs and lobster bisque were all very tasty and came with the all you can eat price. They do not provide spoons for the lobster bisque. When I asked for a spoon, the waitress Emma stated the spoons are almost as big as the cups the bisque was served in. They were big but still small enough to use. I don’t like the feeling of drinking lobster bisque out of a cup. There were no discernible pieces of lobster in the bisque but still tasty.

The host was very friendly, the staff that brought the pizzas were very prompt and knowledgeable about the variety of pizzas. Our server,Emma was nice but not very attentive. I asked for the previously mentioned spoon but after waiting for her to bring it, I had to go to the front to the hostess stand where she was standing and chit chatting with the hostess to ask for the spoon. Every time I needed anything, I would look up and see her laughing and enjoying herself at the hostess stand. A manager cleared my table, one of the staff members serving the pizza had to go search for a clean plate for us. Our waitress was literally at the front ignoring us. She was pleasant when we spoke to her but she just wasn’t doing her job at all.

I would return but hopefully get a different server. I didn’t know until the end of our meal that we could request different pizzas and have them served. The manager that cleared our table told me.l, not our waitress. I thought we could only eat what was delivered. Next time I will show up with a game plan. Ha
