Friday night around 6 PM my husband and I finally got to try Delsea steaks. I was born and raised in Philly and this cheesesteak is literally the best cheesesteak I have ever had. No grease, super fresh ingredients. The roll was super soft and flavorful. The pepperoni was thick cut. Chicken parm was one of the best ever too. Quick friendly service. They even have a drive thru window (call ahead!) No indoor dining but plenty of outdoor seating and tables. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food is amazing. I can’t wait to go back again.

Probably the best cheesesteak I’ve had outside the city. Great flavor on everything, the wiz is GREAT, cheese throughout the sandwich, bread is fantastic, the poppy seads add a nice depth of flavor that basic Liscio’s rolls lack.
I’ve been 3 times. Gotten cheesesteak with wiz, cheese fries, the steak fry (which is a full entree, just over fries instead of on a sandwich), and a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. All have been top tier.
Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for.

Omg, my mouth was amazed! I could only eat half, saving the other half for later. They dont skimp on the meat. I was a little suspicious about the poppyseed roll but I loved it! A little extra crunch was perfect! I loved the drive thru pick up too.

While the person taking my order was very nice and welcoming. The cooks managed to get my order wrong. I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and received just a regular cheesesteak. Apart from that, the steak was missing flavor and seasoning. Lots of steak, but no flavor at all!

wait time for made-to-order fresh food was very very reasonable… vodka cutlet sandwich had nice crispy cutlets and perfect sauce ratio. regular cheesesteak was packed with meat and delicious. we also ordered a cheesesteak hoagie which i didn’t get a pic of but it was piled high as well. fantastic value definitely will be back!

Easily one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. This might be the new king of South Jersey’s cheesesteak game. The poppy seed roll is unique and not something you see often but an amazing roll nonetheless. For $15 you get what seems like 1lb of meat on a roll this thing is loaded up. The fries are amazing as well being hand cut and fried in beef tallow which speaks volumes about their food quality. It’s so good I want to keep this place a secret but they deserve to be more known. Will be back!

Very good, but dare I say too much food. Today I visited this place for the second time. The first was a couple of weeks ago when I got the chicken cheese steak sub on a regular, non poppy seeded roll. The default is the poppy seed roll. I got mushrooms and fried onions and American cheese. I actually weighed the sub and it weighed in at over 2 lbs! It was a mess, what I call a 10 napkin sub. Contents were spewing out on every bite. But it was good. Today I went for the cheese steak hoagie, also with the mushrooms and fried onions, but on the default poppy seed roll and with wiz cheese. I do prefer the poppy seed roll. I think it doesn’t get as soggy so quickly. So while still quite messy, less so than the regular roll as there is more integrity in the roll. The wiz cheese was also more interesting than the American cheese. I also decided to add regular fries this time. The takeout bag I think was more than twice the weight of the first time going here. When I got home I realized why. There are enough fries for three to four people!
I have always been fine with leftovers, but fries and subs are not particularly conducive to heating back up at a future time. So I did the unwise thing of consuming the entire sub both times. It was one of those things where you enjoy it then you say to yourself “I shouldn’t have eaten that whole thing”. Good advice might be to bring a friend and split a sub and fries and have fries left over.
Everyone is friendly at the order and take out windows. You can wait in your vehicle as they issue you a beeper that chimes when your order is ready. You also call ahead and pick up at the drive-thru around back. There is quite a bit of outdoor seating. It will be interesting to see if they get people eating there when the weather warms up. All people were picking up both times I was there. The establishment is at a busy intersection, so noise level while eating there may not be the best for everyone.

I was so excited to try this new spot, I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and it was the worst I have ever had. The chicken was white, unseasoned and chunky. Not what I was expecting with all the hype. Money wasted, I only ate the bread and could not eat that chicken. I asked for cheese and they couldn’t even put that on my sandwich. The worst, Chicken cheese steak should not be this chunky and flavorless.
