Very nice cozy family vibe restaurant. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. The overall place is super clean. I ordered the veggie omelet plate with grits and toast. The omelet was a little overcooked for my liking and the grits were clumpy and watery. I didn’t eat the grits. Overall, I enjoyed my omelette and toast. Hubby had the steak omelette with grits and biscuits, he seemed to be pleased with his omelette. Definitely will return if ever in Houston again. Nice place.

Exactly what we were looking for! A small friendly place that has great food. The coffee was amazing not too strong and not to hot. Our waitress was friendly with our toddler and even gave her a happy face on her cup. Very flavorful food with good portions for a good price. We will definitely come back.

Breakfast is good, fast and friendly service. One down side is the smoking section, although there is non smoking area, the smell of cigarette is pretty strong. I’ll definitely have their food again but maybe take out as prefer not to take the kids in to be exposed to the smell.

It was amazing to walk in and find ash trays on the table, felt like I walked back into time! The food was delicious and the staff was so very sweet and caring. A homeless person walked into the restaurant saying how hungry he was and the waitress gave him eggs and toast…touched my heart. When I’m back to Houston I will return here!

First time I’ve been here, I’m sooo full just splitting the appetizer with my husband. Such a laid back environment, sweetest woman working the store. I’ll definitely be back!!!

I was really impressed with this spot. It took me a minute to find it because it is hidden in the back corner of a shopping center, but it was worth the find. I knew I was in the right place for breakfast when I walked in and there was a table of older gentlemen laughing and having coffee.
I had the Chicken Fried Chicken, eggs, home fries, biscuits, OJ and coffee. The food was seasoned so well and the portion was huge. I left happy and full. Ms. Becky is no nonsense but a nice lady who knows how to treat people.

Excellent breakfast, cooked well. didn’t really pay attention to menu. Just threw out what I wanted on plate. Coffee is petro quality refinery taste, get u fired up. Staff quick and friendly. Sat at the bar single seating section, Large smoking section, didn’t know. Could of done without someone smoking behind me while eating, should pay attention to the signs next time. X smoker here, From the first wall to the end past the single chair bar to the end is smoking. Small section near entrance is no smoking.
