If I dont like the food on the first go, that’s never a deal breaker for me, ESPECIALLY if the service and vibe are cool…
I will not be back, and the service and atmosphere was good…. I hope that speaks to the quality of this food, or lack thereof.
1. I was starving, the time was 1pm on a Friday. (Peakhours) Googled for near me, this came up… Mouth instantly watering.
2. I get there and see 3 black guys who looked like local hood guys from nearby. Instantly I KNOW the food about to be bomb.
a. I also see 2 young adults (maybe Philapino or Nicaraguan) ONLY as the operators. Red flag but still optimistic because bbq is pre prepped so maybe they just heat and serve.
3.I order a BBQ pulled pork baked potato for $7 and a side of collards for $3. Hubby ordered a pulled pork platter with Mac and baked beans.
4. See pic of potato. It was a bland potato no salt or pepper, with CHEESE FROM A PUMP and literally an ice cream scoop full of meat. They put cream on the side and NO COLOR, chives green onion NOTHING. F for presentation for sure.
a. It tasted like I described. NO FLAVOR OR SAUCE, JUST NOTHING
b. The greens were sautéed or fried or boiled idk. Alls I know is none of those are the proper cooking methods. Seasoning, FAHGETABOUTIT. I know we was nowhere in that process.
5.The pork platter, pulled pork and sauce were both ok.
a. Mac and cheese was a nightmare. All nac no cheese no salt just air.
b. Baked beans extremely watery..
Long story short them kids made that food or something…
It was just BAD.

Being a smoking snob myself, I always judge folks BBQ vs my own chow. Brisket had fantastic flavor but could’ve used another hour at 225. Plateaus are funny creatures in the world of smoking.
Baked beans were tasty as they get. Greens were the same. Good flavor, well cooked.
Pulled pork had great flavor and was perfectly smoked.
The wife was impressed with the mac n cheese.
Portions were huge and luxurious.
Great staff and you can’t go wrong having a meal here.
I’ll be back.

Their food is phenomenal AND it’s local!!! Please, please, please go there. I get the pulled pork, the brisket, and the ribs with Mac and Cheese and baked beans and my husband gets the burnt ends along with some other yummy goodness…. ooooooh my god!!!! The food is mouth watering and the ribs literally fall off the bone everything is so juicy and tender. We cannot wait to go back.

People who run it are fantastic and put money into improvements in the parking lot and eating area since it’s essentially a food truck in a parking lot.
The food is amazing every time, all the sides are delicious (especially the baked beans), as are the smoked bbq fare from brisket to burnt ends to chicken to pork ribs and pulled pork. Have tried it all.
Sadly, today was too chilly and windy to grab a photo, but I assure you the plate was clean at the end!

My new favorite place for BBQ! I wish they had a full service restaurant (with beer…lol) but luckily BBQ is easy to take home. We have tried everything on the menu and never disappointed. Meat is always tender and so flavorful. The Burnt Ends are phenomenal and the Pulled Pork is our other favorite. Greens are delicious (my boyfriends favorite) and the Mac N Cheese is on point. And he now has the best Carolina Style sauce I have tried locally in a long time (the regular BBQ sauce is great too and I am not a fan of most). Many people may pass right by a food truck and a tent but dont let this GEM get away. Stop in, grab a sandwich… and some carry out for later

Been here a couple times it was good at first but now it’s not. Staff is nice but don’t really care about the food they give. DO NOT GET THE HALF CHICKEN. the leg quarters are bigger than the half chicken. Also no need to go closer to end of day because they don’t keep food heated properly. Ordered half chicken 1/2 pound turkey 2 lg beans $31 and everything was cold even the beans that are in a warmer. Food tasted good but for $31 I’d just goto mission bbq in Salisbury

I got the pulled pork platter with Mac n cheese, green beans and corn bread and for a person with no teeth to absolutely love the pork’s tenderness I will definitely be back!!! Service was awesome, very short wait for my order and the tastes of everything was awesome!!!! Going back Monday to get the 3 meat family meal!

My wife and I dropped in to check out the Delmarva Barbecue food truck out on 13N in Seaford by the ice plant. Let me tell you after spending half my time in the Army down south I have frequented a lot of BBQ food trucks and restaurants in the last 20+ years. This is hands down the best BBQ I have found in the local area! This is the real deal! When you think about southern BBQ you think about that low heat, slow-cooked, and smoked flavor, low and slow as they say. We pulled up and the food smelled delicious you could smell the smoker from the highway.
This is that authentic smoked southern barbeque pulled pork, beef brisket, and chicken. I can’t say this enough they have Fantastic BBQ, and they are super-fast and it’s convenient. If you are a BBQ fan, you will love it. If you are not, you will STILL love it. If you want to stick around and eat there, they have a big, tented area with tables and chairs for your dining pleasure. It is a casual down-home dining experience.
Every time I go I try and get the burnt ends they are amazing. If you don’t know what burnt ends are they are the trimmings from a smoked brisket. During the smoking process, the point cut of the brisket develops a rich, smoky bark and crunchy texture. Pitmasters trim off this flavorful section, cut them into cubes, sauce them, and then kiss them with smoke to caramelize them. Delmarva Barbeque knows how to make them they are amazing!
So, if you are in the mood for Barbecue, you better stop and grab some amazing food from Delmarva Barbecue! If you haven’t tried them, you don’t know what you are missing! This has definitely become a family favorite when we are craving barbecue!

My wife and I ate here three times now, first time got pulled pork ,and it was excellent right on point, past 2 times got the smoked turkey and definitely on point service is great and food is great we will be coming back and also recommending this BBQ JOINT
