AMAZING SANDWICHES! I had the Turkey club and it was a big sandwich and fresh ingredients, good food before a hike! Their cornbread treats and Blueberry smoothies are amazing too! I wouldn’t buy soups though I wasn’t a fan of the creamy vegetable soup, the rest of the food was amazing.

Convenient online ordering, great daily soups and tasty sandwiches/paninis. Make sure you order with plenty of time as the wait can be rather long.

Stopped for breakfast. No wait staff….order at the counter and then go get it when its ready. Food was good, but kind of pricey. Had 2 scrambled eggs ( more like an omelet than scrambled) and 2 pieces of toast for almost $11. Bacon was $3 extra. Nice view of Bigelow….when its not fogged in.

Thick, dry bread slices & kinda skimpy on the cold cuts. We also got some of their “paninis” supposedly made on “foccacia” bread… it was just like eating wonder bread crusts, lightly grilled, except the bread is dry.

Definitely one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had! Homemade salsa is amazing! Beautiful view with outdoor seating if wanted. Staff is also very nice! Food was super fast! This is deff my new breakfast spot everytime I visit this part of Maine!

Picked up food from here 6 times within the 7 days that we were in the area and I’m not even ashamed of it. EVERYTHING on their menu is incredible. We tried the Sugarloafer (my favorite, try it on their focaccia!), Railslide, Avalanche paninis, and the breakfast sandwiches, including the smoked salmon one. Their pickup experience is also very quick and seamless. The members of the staff are also very nice. Would I come back for the 8th, or the 14th time? Yes.

We look forward eating at D’Ellies each year we come up to Sugarloaf. The sandwiches are delicious and worth writing home about. You just can’t get sandwiches or even breads like these where we live (the Middle East.) I recommend the Downhiller. I recommend D’Ellies overall as the shop is quaint and has a lot of character. The staff are always friendly and add to the experience. Perhaps it’s the water or mountain air.

I was never a big fan of toast for breakfast until I ate here. The bread is ridiculously good, with homemade jam. It’s fluffy and savory, like French toast, but without being French toast. And the lunch paninis are pretty darn good, too. I visit the area once a year and make a point to have breakfast here at least once each visit.

The staff here is wonderful and so is their food! I’ve been over a dozen times. My favorites are the Avalanche and Rueben sandwiches, if you like a modded grill cheese get the Bublecuffer, add bacon and tomatoes! So good.

We ordered two Turkey and cheese subs with lettuce tomato, and mayo. Also ordered an Italian without olive and a caesar salad. Got few bottles sodas and the whole bill came to $80. Took a while to get to us (not obnoxiously long but significantly long enough to note). Nether Turkey sub had cheese, the bread was extremely dry, mayo was sparse, the Caesar had absolutely no dressing, and olives on the Italian.
Overall not a great experience. We Won’t be going back.
