Delizioso Brick Oven Pizza

Brick oven pizza was good. Might be my favorite pizza overall in Stratford. I just like a good thin pizza with a dark under carriage. Buffalo wrap was incredible, a bit too spicy but still great. Chicken parm wedge was amazing. Wings are really good. We got the chicken parm spaghetti and it’s a good, simple recipe. Chicken was cooked well.

The lomo pizza is good too, just wish they eased up on the potatoes and put a bit more meat. The potato’s takes over the pizza after a few bites.

Update:
They have a lomo pizza and it is insaaaane. Wish it had less potato and more meat tho. The sauce is also a bit watery than I’m used to but it’s okay.

Best pizza in stratford. Not much of a dine in place but if you want genuine brick oven pizza you order from them. It has that charcoal grittiness that the brooklyn pizzeria s made famous. They remind me of Grimaldi in NY. To find that in Connecticut is rare. Highly recommended.

Great hospitality and excellent pizza. We had a huge group of hungry gymnasts and parents. They set up an extra table just to squeeze us all in. Everyone’s order was correct, food was fast and delicious. Thank you for the hospitality!

We tried two different items, the barbecue chicken pizza and the garlic bites pizza. Both of them were very good! Both had a good char on the bottom, without being burnt. The flavors were good, and they were generous with the toppings. We will definitely go back to try some of the other specialities!

If you like thin crust pizza with a crispy (slightly burnt) bottom this is the place. It’s amazingly good. I’ve also have the calzone and chicken parm wedge, both also excellent. On a Sunday night I’ll bike there and sit outside with a small pie all to myself.

My wife and I eat here often and we both love the food. The consistency visit to visit is excellent. Fresh ingredients, quality cheeses, and a good menus. It is a BYOB restaurant with a liquor store right next to it. The best part though is the owner Mo. He makes every guest feel like family. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very kind and welcoming staff. The restaurant is small, with only two tables, making it a cozy spot for a quick bite. While the pizza wasn’t my personal favorite, it had a nice char on the crust and was reasonably priced. The garlic bread could use some improvement, but the dessert was excellent. Overall, a pleasant experience with great hospitality.
