Update: I was patient when they started serving lower quality meat, waiting for things to get better, I was understanding when they raised their prices considerably, but now, lukewarm food I ordered from the counter? I’m done with this place. I will leave my old review as a testament of what it USED to be and is no more.
My spouse and I have been waiting for this food truck to open, and it has finally happened! I was a little weary at first but it seems this is a local chain brand with locations in Vancouver as well. We ordered burritos and they are HUGE one can feed 2 people in my opinion. The first burrito was carne asada and the second was Birria. On both of them the guacamole was fresh the beans tasty, the tortilla was excellent, the fries inside were crispy, The ability to choose the meat in the burrito is very nice to have. Since we were sampling, we also got a carne asada tacos and a Pastor taco, the meat on all these items was really tasty. They have green and red salsa, it was good. I will leave pictures of the items we ordered. I’m not much of an outside dining person, but if you are from this neighborhood you know how windy it can get, I say take out is the way to go 100%. Staff was super friendly and nice. Prices were very fair for the amount of food we got in my opinion.

Last year I went here for Carne Asada fries, which I really enjoyed. The fries can get cold and hard pretty quick, because you get a LOT of food and it will take you a while to eat it all. I remember that I really enjoyed my birthday meal! I swear what I got had chunks of steak in it – a generous amount.
Yesterday I went with my parents for their anniversary, because Mom had tried my food last year and she’s been wanting to go. We don’t eat out a lot, money is tight, so special occasions only.
The person who took our order was friendly, the food was good and as before, there was a LOT of it. But this time we got hamburger or some kind of ground meat! Still tasted good as I said, but isn’t Carne Asada supposed to be chunks of steak?
So that’s why the 4-star review. If you go here for Carne Asada, be sure to verify you are getting steak, not ground beef or whatever. We didn’t do this – I didn’t know we had to based on my experience last year.
My scoring reflects the fairly tasty food, the friendly service, and the gas station location. Yeah… No atmosphere here! But yes, you can look at the hills, if you can overlook a large, asphalt parking lot, gas station and gas pumps.

Very clean surroundings and truck (visible exterior and serving area). The staff were friendly and gave time to look at the menu to order. The cheese quesadilla was very cheesy with perfectly crispy tortillas. The vegetarian burrito was PACKED with fresh fillings. The two sauces included (green and red) were both tasty, and not too spicy for me. Lovely.

Delicious Tacos disappointed me on Xmas Eve. They canceled my scheduled delivery order and Uber Eats sent me an email 30 minutes before it was to be delivered, with no phone call or information or apology. Normally this wouldn’t bother me that much, but in this case the food order was for a family near and dear to my heart, who had lost their mother/grandmother and were grieving. Their late mother/grandmother used to make tacos on Xmas, and this was to be a gift of solace and comfort, and a way to honor their lost matriarch. But, even though the order had been confirmed when I ordered a day in advance, with no warning at the last minute they canceled on me. No reason, no phone call. Nothing. This is a major disappointment, as I had no time to find a suitable replacement, and the family was without a meal as I had let them know something was coming. If there is a last minute cancelation, there should have been a text or a phone call – emails are not urgent. No true notification was given, and the moment was lost. Major bummer – and major poor form on the part of the taco truck. Two thumbs down.

A good stop for a quick bite. Tacos & burritos are the main course, however plenty of sides fill in the menu. Service was great. Price very competitive. Recommend trying them out.

The only taco truck I know that charges you $1.00 if you choose to use a card. It’s ridiculous to pass down the fees to your consumers. Didn’t bother ordering food, so I didn’t rate this taco truck based on their food.

Coming back to edit my once five star review.
It’s a sad day in burrito land. This place was once a 5 star, hands down place. Now the portion sizes are much smaller (see the before and after). The new sizes are a joke.
I tried a few different times just to see if it was a one time thing but nope- it is normal. They just got small.
Second- they screwed up my entire order twice. Asked for chicken, no dairy. Got beef with dairy.
The fries haven’t changed. They are bomb. But I can go anywhere for fries.
That being said- I wouldn’t go here anymore. Sad day for burrito land.

These are some white people amazing tacos, which means I have no idea how they would taste anyone else but to me they’re amazing. Very reasonable prices.
