Always good food, but customer service is very bad. And no matter what you order at anytime of the day, they take forever and often mess up your order. I was kind to give 3 stars.

I have been a customer at Delicious on Ft. Blvd for decades. I have always had great food and service. Except for the morning of 5/26. I placed an 80 dollar food order and was treated terribly both on the phone when placing the order and in person upon picking up my order. The girl they had covering the phone and register was extremely rude and indifferent with me. I asked if I had did anything to offend her and she ignored me. I ask for someone in charge and that was ignored by the whole staff. Once my food came out, and I told them I no longer wanted it and I would like my money back, it was then that she wanted to apologize to me. But it was too late. I took my business to the Burrito House on after, where they also have great food but a much more friendlier and welcoming staff.

My grandpa loves to give the place chance after chance and they never satisfy him. Especially the customer service. The young girl who works the front, is always rude and impatient. Gotta convince my grandpa to stop coming here.

Walked in, no one, greeted me, 2 employees walked by me, saw me waiting, no words! Waited close to 10 min before I finally walked closer to the register to see if my call-in order was going to b handed to me since I could see it already bagged! & yes, the cashier was preparing n order for someone waiting, I get that, but next time just wave or acknowledge your customers! They used to have the best MX food, picked up 3 Gordita plates, boy were they hard! Could not eat the entire gordita! But I will say rice & beans were good! Poor customer service.

This place is just OK, I had the flautas with a agua de melón. First off, it was it was extremely hot. The two fans set up in the back did absolutely nothing. Our food took a long time and was mediocre at best. However, I did like the agua de melón it was refreshing, especially in an extremely hot place. I’m sure a lot of people enjoy this place. There seems to be a lot of history there, but for me, it was just OK.

Andale Andale. Head over to Delicious Mexican Eatery. My first stop as soon as I land at El Paso International Airport. I dial their number and order a dozen Gorditas as soon as I pick up the car. No not the beautiful women of El Paso. Gorditas are delicious morsels corn patties filled with picadillo, lettuce, tomato, hot sauce and cheese. They are crispy and tasty. I have yet to find any better in El Paso. The brisket is cooked tender served on a plate or you can order a burrito.

45min to 1 1/2hr for gorditas? They have been awarded the best in El Paso but service lacks, come on now we have to wait an hour n half on top of telling us to wait they had to be super RUDE!!!!!! …..a certain kid has great customer service skills, but there’s one ???PERSON whos running off good paying customers. It’s not the way to run a business or how to keep your customers my suggestion dont waste your time unless that’s all you got.

Eat here every time I’m in town visiting. Their gorditas are great but also love the Chile Colorado burrito.

First time here and I liked the food. The gorditas were unlike anything I have tried. Great crunch and texture. The rice was also quite delicious. It takes a few minutes to get it, but it is worth the wait. Catch them when there is no line and when all the tables are clean and you will have a good filling meal. Will come back more than likely.
