This is a must!! If any of you need a great caterer, Danielle with her team of cooks you cannot, I mean you will not go wrong!! I had a 70th Birthday party for my special man last night!! Delicious country cooking made his party a hit! It wasn’t just one thing or two things. It was everything.! Oh wow, this truck is fantastic and mouth-watering. I suggest the pork chops with Mac and cheese and fried okra. Their greens are so good when they have them.

Good alternative for chain BBQ.
Not long wait time after ordering.
Good service, and handling of food.
Decent pricing.
Ribs cooked well. (Not under or over cooked)
The negative:
No indication where to park.
Sides need more of a special touch
Would like to see more seasoning on the ribs; but that’s my own preference.
In this instance that I went, they ran out of the sides I wanted which was a bummer.

I am all the way from California and the food was excellent ,the portions was generous and excellent, the service with a smile was excellent and I would recommend it to anybody and the price was excellent also, and these are some of the things that I purchase enjoy the pictures.

We’ve only eaten there once so far but it was delicious. I got pork chops that were perfectly cooked while my husband got the tenderest ribs ever. The sides were just as good as the meat. Can’t say anything bad about it. Thanks for great food!

Went to visit family and wanted something different to bring for lunch. Hands down delicious and I think top spot in Starke. This will be our spot to get our lunch when come to town. My favorites were the smoked wings and ribs. I liked that everything was homemade except the okra and fries! This is a must try, y’all go see them.
