I wanted to acknowledge Pricilla and Ashley S. for taking the time to spread joy with their adorable bag drawings, mine simply read “Enjoy, Grace” ✨❤️ It may not have been a big thing but that cute bag art shifted my whole family’s mood & it brought a tear to my eye because not many people go out of their way to make someone smile these days. That small act of kindness went a long way to cheer me up as I was under the weather, my daughter went to get the family our favorite bagels from Delicious to lift my spirit….mission accomplished. Thanks for making our day and know your little act of kindness was heartfelt and did indeed spread joy, keep the sparkle, it’s rare.

Go literally anywhere else. Do not waste your time or hard-earned money here.
I’ve been going to this place on and off for the past eight years, mainly because it’s conveniently located just two blocks from my house. Unfortunately, convenience is the only thing this place has going for it.
The food is unbelievably inconsistent. Order a bacon, egg, and cheese, and three out of five times the bacon is uncooked or practically raw — guaranteed. This isn’t a one-time mistake; it’s a recurring problem.
On top of that, there’s a complete lack of basic food safety. Workers regularly handle money and then touch food without washing their hands. If this place is comfortable serving raw bacon, it seriously makes you wonder what other unsanitary and disgusting practices are happening behind the scenes.
After giving this place far too many chances, I’m done. There are much better options nearby — go literally anywhere else.

First impression, the place was dirty.
Went in around 12:00 to grab 2 bagels to go.
Young man cleaning tables then went and prepared them without gloves or handwashing.
Not to mention 2 bagels with cream cheese $10. Really?!

Absolutely nasty. The same person handled everyone’s money, touched the counter, and then went straight to making my bagel — no gloves, no handwashing, nothing. You’re touching cash and then food? That’s beyond gross. I’ll never eat here again until basic hygiene is a thing. Send a health inspector asap. And to top it off 5 dollars for an E. coli special everything bagel with cream cheese

I called ahead and was put on hold by a young lady so I decided to drive over after being on hold for 10 mins. I stayed on the line so when they answered I could order and it would be hopefully ready when I there by the time I got there. With all the traffic recently my on hold drive turned into 24 mins waiting on hold and I walk in and hung up and there was one person in the store. The lady at the front was making a breakfast sandwich and then there was two girls in the back on there phone just laughing while she was trying to make orders and take orders. Then the lady asked for help, one of the girls comes up looks so pissed off the phone rings and she puts someone else on hold while i’m ordering from the lady and while I was there that phone was not picked back up she helped a customer and went back to her phone. This only bothers me because I’ve been going here since i was younger it just upsets me that the lady wasn’t being helped and that this isn’t the first time i’ve been left on hold for so long.

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop since I was a kid in elementary school. I’m 30 years old now, so we’re talking about decades of loyalty. I was so excited to be back in town and finally try them again after a long time, but the experience was very disappointing.
Last Friday, I called during their usual hours, but they were closed with no notice. Today I called again at 5:15 a.m., eager to come in, and instead of a warm response, the lady who answered spoke to me in a very condescending tone, saying, “Do you realize we don’t open until 5:30?” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially toward a longtime customer.
Good food and memories aside, customer service matters and being spoken to like you’re a nuisance after years of supporting a small business leaves a bad taste. Respect and kindness go a long way, and unfortunately, this place seems to have forgotten that.

Went for a haircut next door (Rosannas Sheer cuts) and stopped here for a bite to eat. Cant say enough about the quality, friendliness, and taste. (See pics). Ordered a western omlette with side of crispy bacon and Hash brown patties cooked golden brown. Food was reataurant quality. Staff super nice. Owner even took a delivery for a neighbor, while I was there. Hard to find such nice genuine people that treat customers, and the food they prepare, with such a passion. Not a place to miss. I ate inside but be aware that there are only a few tables inside. Wouldnt plan on eating inside with a large party, nor eating inside during busy hours, because this is a bagel store and not a restaurant. You wont be disappointed.

This place used to be great as I was growing up, now I’m thinking thats only cause they were the only bagel place in town. Now 2 bagels with cream cheese just costed 11.63. that’s insane. You can go to Barons 2 mins away and get bagels 3 times the size AND ITS CHEAPER! Place is a straight rip off now

Good food but I heard the owner yelling at an elderly employee to do as she’s told very angrily as of the day of posting this review. Seen and heard this once before with another employee, won’t be back again unfortunately.
