As soon as I walked in I was side eyed by three employees who stayed on their phone then one finally helps me and hands me the bag and said confirm I took the bag and said ok as I started to leave 3 of them start yelling as if ima steal the order like I’m like literally confirming as I’m walking causw there’s no parking so I’m rushing back to my car and I’m being hassled to confirm seems race motivated I’m sure there’s better places to eat

Horrible Experience Going to this Restaurant Staff is Extremely Rude and Unprofessional They also Blast Music with a DJ booth so you can’t speak to them Over the Phone you will have to Go down To the Restaurant and Physically get your money Back. I ordered Online They communicated to me that they Did not have what I wanted so instead of giving me a Refund right then and There Via Uber they Ignored my Request and Gave me Food that I did not Ask For Or WANT. SO I Had to PHYSICALLY GO AND GET MY REFUND IN PERSON. AFTER GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND THEM TRYING TO GIVE ME SOMETHING ELSE I DID NOT WANT. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TRY CALLING YOURSELF AND YOU WILL SEE HOW LOUD THE DJS MUISC IS OVER THE PHONE. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!!!!

Very poor customer service the you will wait in 1 hour and still get no food. The lady that does the order needs to get fired she is extremely rude. I tried ordering from them today in hour past still no food, so I called to ask where is the food considering that the were quick to take the money out of the account . When I called the lady that answered the phone was so rude we canceled our order . Never will I ever waste my time or my money on the restaurant . Remember we don’t need you , you need us so I suggest you guys get better customer service and stop putting customers on the back burner.

So I walk all the way to this store n hope of some good spanish food I ordered stewed pork r at least that’s what I think it was pose to b wit white rice n beans was told my order was $7 for a small I’m like ok handed the young lady a 20 dollar bill n waited for my change she 5hen spoke n spanish to the younger female then said yea $8 dollars now I’m like u just told me 7 what changed n 2 second so she rudely laughed n my face then yea my bad its 8 I’m like ok fine u can keep it n give me my 20 back the younger 1 then says no it’s ok it can b 7 now she then searches for change the the other lady gets my change out her purse n I leave I go to eat my food n it has no flavor nor is it even hot so yea long story short I wont b eatin from here any longer second time my food didnt taste good at all n wit that service n rudeness I’ll spend my money else where from now on
