I always called to order ahead and pay after when I get to the place, but this time I called to place a order and the lady on the phone wants my card information to pay like WHAT?! I told the lady on the phone “like why do you need my card information pay?”. This is their new policy by the way. I’m not giving any details of my card to pay through the phone! What happens if lady is used my card information to pay something expensive! And talking about bad service I understand Spanish the two lady’s talking bad about me for not having patience like what?!! I don’t recommend coming here at all!

Ordered an agua de jamaica and it doesn’t taste like it at all; super sweet and watered down. I took ONE sip and asked to exchange and they refused because I had already “drank it”. Sorry, how was I supposed to know I disliked? Severe lack of customer service.

So far every thing I’ve ordered here has been on point. Great customer service and great quality of food. Highly recommend to try at least once. This place is better than Palmitas on Florence or Michuacana by Walmart. Prices are excellent. Will keep coming here

Ordered a hot cheeto esquite literally half the container was cheese and cheeto dust almost no corn. I also ordered a mangonada that was not only tiny for 7.25 but was also not good. Very disappointing and won’t be returning
