This is disgusting and truly turned me off,
I’ll never order from here again, I call and they expect you to turn back and waste gas, after I already reached to work, then couldn’t eat that cause that’s nastiness. And asking me to bring that back like what kind of service is that? They probably don’t even wash the meat, wouldn’t be surprised cause if they’re okay with serving that , I can only imagine. No way to treat your customers :/

The food was amazing and so authentic. The steaks, eggs, rice, beans and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and the waitress and host were great! The fresh made pastries are out of this world and would more than highly recommended anyone to try this beautiful hidden gem. Will be a repeat customer for life. Thank you

I came with my service dog and the lady didn’t let me go in. I even had the ID with me. She told me the owner told her not to let any animal coming into a restaurant which I understand but I have my ID of a USA service, though they should have a sign at the door where it says not dogs even service dog are allowed to come in. They didn’t have anything. Very disappointed. I have been coming for years almost 20 years to this restaurant. I never go back again.

A good place to grab authentic colombian food. Dining area provides a small hometown feeling (or you can do take out). Prices are very reasonable (especially given the area). A must stop if near the area. Only thing I didnt care for/was surprised by was a “service charge” that was the same cost as a meal (is this a built in tip?)

We took our kids for a Colombian experience; this restaurant didn’t disappoint. They went above and beyond to make sure that our kids (4 years old and 8 months old) were comfortable. The food was truly amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. Also, try the “bandeja paisa”!

We regularly order from this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food—until today. Unfortunately, the eggs in our order had a noticeably sour taste, and the empanadas were stale. Wanting to address the issue calmly, I called the restaurant to share my concerns.
Instead of listening, the owner became immediately defensive, accused me of lying, and refused to let me speak. She ultimately hung up the phone on me. The response was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disappointing given that we are frequent, loyal customers.
I’m sharing this experience in hopes that management takes this feedback seriously and considers how to better handle customer concerns in the future

Been coming here for years and decided to rate this places 5 Star all around from the pastries Empanadas and all the meals. Service is awesome and place is spotless. Look no future this place is hands down the best Colombian eats on Long Island.
Don’t forget to get your empanadas to go or you’ll regret it when you get home .
