Went out of my way about 20 minutes when I saw the 4.9 rating for a sandwich shop. I arrived before any sort of lunch rush and was greeted by friendly staff. Food did not cut it for me though. They asked me if I wanted my chicken cutlet sandwich hot or cold. I said hot. Chicken cutlet portion was solid but was barely warm (cheese didn’t even get warm). Sandwich was advertised as having broccoli rabe and bruschetta and you can see I got… a “garnish” of those two. Quite dry sandwich overall. Marinated mushrooms were super tasty… Brought my review up to a 4.

I tried them the first time last week and I am obsessed. Definitely one of the best delis I’ve ever been to. The grinders here are next-level, they’re packed with flavor and made with incredibly fresh ingredients. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The bread is always soft and so fresh! They have wide variety of options with pre packaged meals as well definitely recommend!

We recently moved to town, and decided to stop in and we are so glad we did! Great atmosphere and everything looked delicious. I got the Capello, my husband got the Italian Combo, and we grabbed some marinated mushrooms and mac salad to take home. Everything was extremely fresh, portions were huge, staff was friendly, and service was quick. Will definitely be returning often.

Phenomenal! I was back in Connecticut visiting my sister and she suggested we stop in. ( It’s only a mile from her house). The food took me back to my childhood. It was like being back in my grandmother’s kitchen. The stuffed breads are out of this world! (The meatball with mozzarella has been my favorite so far!) The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! If I had to say anything “bad” about them is that they only do the Homemade Italian cookies at Christmas, LOL! Great food. Great staff.

The Mrs. and I stopped here for lunch Saturday after we had gone to purchase a Christmas tree in the area.
I had the number 7, an Italian Combo grinder. It was both picturesque and tasty. I had a bag of Deep River sour cream and onion potato chips with a bottle of Canada Dry ginger ale to wash it down. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
They have some great soups available here as well.
There are tables inside of one chooses to sit down to eat instead of getting food to go. In my opinion, the prices are reasonable. They have desserts here too.

My husband and I were looking for a simple Valentines Day breakfast and many places were packed so we tried this for the first time. We happened to arrive after the breakfast cutoff hours, but the cook still generously offered to make our egg sandwiches! They were great! The sandwich itself was big and had the perfect ratio of bacon, egg and cheese!

Excellent service and experience…Fruit Infused waters offered while you browse or wait for your order! Staff is friendly and personable and offer a quick tour of their deli upon arrival if it’s you’re 1st time visiting!! I had their signature Thanksgiving on Ciabatta and took a slice of Limencello cake home! YUM!! The food is of Excellent quality and they have lots of variety! From signature sandwiches to desserts and ready made meals to take home this place is by far the best deli in the area!!

They have the best roast beef grinders! Toppings are real fresh and the grinder roll is excellent. Everyone’s inviting and friendly. I highly recommend you give it try!
