Possibly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. This place will not disappoint. Clean atmosphere, and friendly staff.

I dont know what happened to this place. Used to be fairly efficient on their busiest days. However they put in these order screens and it’s just given everyone a reason to mosey around at their own pace.

Service is always great and the food tastes amazing. Great sandwiches every time I’ve been. This time I had the cuban sandwich. They really knocked it out of the park.

This place used to be so good. I won’t be back until they get rid of the self service order kiosks. A deli sandwich is a highly personal thing. It’s not fast food. Interacting with the human making it is an integral part of the experience. Now there’s a refrigerated case shoved up against the deli counter so you can’t even approach it. Options for customization are available on the screen but it’s not the same. It says on the screen to wait at a table and your sandwich will be delivered to you. That’s not what happens. They just stand there and yell your name. The whole vibe is off.

This is literally the best sandwich place in Northern Nevada. I believe that a sandwich can only be as good as their fresh ingredients and their bread. Their bread here won my sandwich of the year badge. Rubicon, beach hut deli, and Jersey Mike’s comes close with their meats and veggies but they dont have the majestic bread served in Deli Towne USA. Their monster size is enough to feed a family of 5 but it was a perfect amount for my lunch break.

Beyond stealing from the store, the worst thing you can do at this sandwich shop from hell is order food. They’re short, snippy, rude and overbearing, to a point where you almost forget you’re at the sandwich equivalent of the Nuremberg trials, and are also getting ripped off. Expensive sandwiches with unmelted cheese, hard bread and good soup from bad people. How could a place be so marginally tasty, yet so absolutely awful to be around. Ask around to anybody about here and the reputation will preceed it: this place is rude and doesn’t care at all. Change your name pickle place, to Deli Town USSR, because you’re not only putting sandwiches in a bad light, but America too.

Great deli. Really enjoyed hit cubano, cold Italian sandwiches and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Lines were long, but they are very efficient. Order was complete and the food was delicious.

The iPads are the worst way to order. Sandwich was good but why would you tack on a temp charge? Just raise the prices of your sandwiches. I would not consider this place an exceptional sandwich place, nor a good value.

Deli Towne USA is by far Reno’s best sandwich and it’s located in a Chevron Gas Station. The photo is of a Ham, Turkey and chicken salad with red onions and olives…..crazy good!

Perhaps the finest crafted hoagies/sub sandwiches in Reno. They are a bit on the pricey side, but so worth it.
