Wings were dry and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Fries tasted like they were also fried in old oil. Other reviews are not wrong about the level of rude service. I’m fine with workers being stoic and efficient but the owner was down right rude. I called in an order and she hung up on me without getting a name for the order, telling me a wait time or even just confirming the order. She was extremely curt in person and acted like my order was a nuisance. I only tried this place because my go to wing place was closed for the evening. If you’re looking for great wings I would go to Wing Master instead.

The employees are very rude. They have man old man staring at you every move you make. I ignored it and started to order my food with no problems from the lady employee. 10 mins later later the same old man says let’s charge him more(even though I already paid) to the woman employee whispering, but I heard him. I asked him charge me more for what and he stated… we just changed are prices right now. I asked for my money back and the lady processed back to my card. I don’t recommend this place and I will never eat here again.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean. It seems a little dated as far as decor. The 10 pc wings with fries and a drink were the best part. There was actually depth of flavor to the medium wings. I will be going here on a regular basis.

Well to start when I walked in they didn’t get me and was to busy feeding their faces. They messed my order up. When I asked for more sauce for my wings she charged me 50¢ even though I didn’t complain about being inconvenienced. The menu online are not the same prices that are inside and it’s called Deli Delite not No Hype Deli. Lastly, Customer service goes along way and they just don’t have any. Also, we are in the middle of a pandemic and if you are not gonna wear a mask at least have the decency to cover your mouth when coughing which the co-owner (the Hispanic man) was just coughing without covering his mouth ( basic manner mind you) was really off putting and $29.00 wasted.. ended up going to Checkers for boneless wings but at least I will be able to eat with a peaceful mind that the people working there are following SAFESERV protocols ( in my presence anyway). We will not be returning or recommending this place to our followers

This place sucks. Better to spend your money some place else. Service sucks and food not cooked all the way. Health department should really check this place out as they are posting an old health report. Edit to respond… That’s funny. I have only been here one time and won’t be back. Your response just shows the level of custom service you have at this establishment.

UPDATE: the name mysteriously changed on Google. I will drive past it tonight and see if the sign changed too. So, maybe fresh slate? Who knows.
As long as they still sell mass quantities of decent fried rice I’ll probably keep going there (for that item only – I am not into food poisoning)
ORIGINAL: The prices are good but no free drink refills and my egg roll today was still FROZEN in the middle – and that’s after waiting almost 20 minutes for them to make our order.
Oh and their a/c is either the wrong size for the space or they don’t maintain it. It’s like 80 degrees in here.
Oh and there are no napkins
Oh and the soap is empty in the restroom
