Worst experience ever and flies everywhere
I also get rewards and I usually you know have them scan my QR code via app on my phone before I pay but in this particular incident, I just forgot to ask for it before forehand and no one was able to assist me with points given the fact that I’m always paying for food, it was just a bad experience for me mind you I had opened up about something I was going through so I didn’t have the means to get the points at the end of the day It’s not nobody’s fault but just the fact that no one cared was why my experience was so bad.

I used to be a Togos and Subway guy until I tried this place. The pastrami sandwich was delicious! It’s a cool place to grab a quick bite during lunch. The workers here are also very nice.

It’s with much shame that I write this review, I used to love coming here and ordering the BBQ chicken sandwiches. Today I ordered a BBQ chicken Spinach wrap and I got a lettuce wrap instead, I would have been okay with that but what I’m not okay with is that it’s not even chicken inside it’s burnt Chicken Crumbs, not toasted but burnt. They have other times messed up my orders and I have never complained but today had really disappointed me. So my advice for anyone is to check your orders before leaving the establishment and making sure you’re getting what you’re paying for.

I did a mobile order at 5:31pm, the pick up time given was 5:55pm. I walked in and my sandwich was not done. I don’t mind waiting but the restaurant was empty, I am in my work 30 minute break, still waiting for the sandwich, my 30 minute break is done.
