Our dedication to delicious deli sandwiches began in Fresno, California 25 years ago when we took over a little restaurant on Shaw Avenue. After a few years, one restaurant wasn’t enough to meet popular demand so we opened a second location, then a third, and the rest is history. We use only the freshest produce, premium deli meats, and terrific homestyle bread made locally! Our restaurants serve more than just terrific sandwiches – there are also salads, soups, and fabulous french fries (We’re known for them!) and now, yummy cheesecake desserts.

I just went in and ordered the 8 inch French dip. $16.00 and some change. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it looked like they forgot the beef. Just a few slim slices of roast beef. The au jus was ice cold. I realize businesses having to pay fast food workers $20 an hour is affecting their profit margin. I am now paying for more and getting way less. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Spent $38 on two sandwiches today and the girls who made them got both of my orders wrong when I ordered a turkey and bacon avocado sandwich. And the other sandwich was supposed to be a roast beef turkey sandwich. And got two totally different ones one of the sandwiches didn’t have any meat poor service

Great food and better then subway however their is a price difference compare to subway. A sub and a drink and fries was almost $16 and I got a medium option meal. Overall nice staff and tasty food.

Poorly made to go order. My son had a large Turkey, Bacon, Avocado. All the bacon and avocado was on one half only. Other half only had meat, cheese and lettuce. Only one small sliver of tomato on mine and left on everything I removed on the 3rd sandwich. Does no one double check or even care if they get the order wrong?

It takes a lot for me to complain but this was an absolute terrible experience. When we walked in it was empty and should’ve been a red flag, employees sitting in the back on phone. We place an order and they are out if most drinks, sweet potatoe fries, cream cheese which we didn’t make a big deal. Then the restrooms were filthy, they mess up the order, place our stuff in to go containers and head back to the back to sit down, we were then waiting for someone to come out of the back so we could ask for water and we had to whistle to get attention. Food wasn’t fresh. We never had this experience at the other location and will not be going back. Absolutely lazy and unacceptable, it’s mind blowing this is what people get paid $15 an hour for.

Not really happy with this location. Only allowing 2 people at a time inside. I had to wait outside until 2 men came out. Went inside to pay for my grandchildren and was asked to wait outside until the order was ready. I said it’s cold outside and you didn’t ask the men before to wait outside. No answer from any employee! What’s up at this location? I went to the location on Howard and there was room for more that 2 people. The manager should reevaluate their policy for this.location.

Disappointed. I ordered the Turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. They have really cut back on the ingredients. Very small amounts of turkey and hardly even saw the bacon or avocado. There was only one gentleman sitting in the restaurant, and no one in line, yet the young lady at the counter made me feel rushed. The other staffer threw the sandwich together so fast it was obviously done without care or thought. I will not be going back to this Deli Delicious.
