Quality of meat seems good, but my order was wrong and unfortunately didn’t notice until I was already gone. Ordered a club with no cheese, receive a turkey sandwich with no bacon and had plenty of cheese on it. I have a very strong dairy intolerance so tried to pick around it but not great. Additionally, it was smothered in an ungodly amount of mustard and mayo, so the entire thing was falling apart from how wet it was. Bummer because I work a few minutes away so it would be nice to have a decent place to grab lunch!

The sandwich was half the amount of meat of the one I got a month ago. The lady gave me the wrong bread. I had asked for light mayo. She put on a huge amount. I had to scrape off most of it when I got home. We arrived at 7 45 to
order 2 basic sandwiches and were told bluntly “I am closing at 8 so you know. ” if food isn’t served until 8 then change the time listed as open until. Also $37 for 2 sub par sandwiches and a soup, served with attitude, is too much. We will not be back and I advise others to rethink their choice of deli.

Called to put in a pickup order. Employee had not a bit of friendliness in her voice. It was like she didn’t want to be there. This was the lakeside location. I ordered a Frankie, extra tomatoes, extra cheese, and added bacon. The onion roll was wonderful with flavor and softness. Definitely fresh. Bacon fully cooked and crispy….loved it. However the tomato slices were the size of small Roma tomatoes and I could barely see meat.

I a bit disappointed with the customer service, I ordered a build your own sandwich. Which is supposed come with cheese and sauce. And I was charged extra for the cheese. On top of that it was meatless. It’s a bummer but I didn’t want to argue so I just accepted the multiple markups.

Is it a bit expensive? Yes but gol darn it’s worth it! Fantastic food and the ladies are lovely. Super clean with a wide variety of sandwiches and sides. Definitely will be back!
