i came here today with two classmates during our break. we all ordered the same exact thing. A plain bagel with cream cheese. thats it! they are spanish/hispanic and I am african american, non-hispanic. when we went inside, there was only
one other person in there and they werent busy at all. after we ordered, a lot more people came in. My classmates waited about 7 minutes for their food and then they received it. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food. A single bagel. They started serving everyone else who ordered MORE food than what I had and no, these people did not order in advance. I know that because I was listening. No one came in to pick up anything. Mind you, everyone else was white and/or hispanic. What really made me upset was the fact that the person who took my order, also the same person making the sandwiches, looked me dead in my face and said he forgot and did not know what I ordered. Then he said he is gonna make it. If this is not blatant discrimination then I don’t know what is. I Will never EVER buy food from here again. So yeah if youre black, maybe you should buy your food somewhere else. :/

The foods alright but I wont ever be back. So overpriced to the point where you feel like youre being ripped off. I can get the same sandwiches and even better in other places for much more reasonable prices

Love this place! My mother lives nearby and when I’m in town, I pick up food for her because she loves their pasta, meatballs and chili in addition to bagels and other items. I just discovered their thinly sliced and breaded eggplant, which is amazing on a roll with mozzarella and roasted peppers.

For starters the atmosphere was not all that , service was hard to get through to language barrier while the food fought its way through my teeth. We wanted a smoothie & strawberry lemonade, she put one banana with a ton of ice no sugar & blended which did not taste the best. For the strawberry lemonade she put a ring of syrup on the bottom of the cup then filled the rest with lemonade, I feel as though if she had out a little more of the homemade syrup so it wasn’t just a hint & then supermarket store lemonade it would’ve been better. Not to mention the sandwich bagels were not all that for $30 dollars I told the cook my friend cannot have PORK & he was still given a sandwich bagel with one thank god we did not leave just yet.

I used to think Long Island had the best bagels, but recently this deli has blown the other deli’s out the water! Their food is consistently sooo good! They have wonderful staff that treat you like family. A great variety of different foods and drinks. And best of all amazing bagels

been going there for a while because it is the closest bagel store and deli near my home. I now drive out of my way to go somewhere else. The owners are extremely rude. I hear them speak very badly about their workers and their customers. If you sit there long enough you will hear horrible things that you should never hear in a business. The bagels are just okay. They are overpriced. Sometimes The credit card machine breaks down so you only can pay cash all day. Sounds like a scam to me to avoid taxes but that’s not my problem. As a consumer I want good service and a clean environment. Not the rude comments and filthy tables. If you guys don’t like being in the business then sell the business. You really should be happy with what you do so that can transfer into good customer service. God bless you guys.
