Five stars! This Indian restaurant in the State College area is the best I have ever visited. I have been a customer for a year, and the food is consistently spicy, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. The service is excellent, and the taste is even better. If you are craving authentic Indian cuisine, this is the place to go! I highly recommend trying their Butter Chicken and Malai Chaamp Tikka with Naan, which is always a delightful experience.

Fantastic lunch buffet! They had a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. All the dishes were excellent in quality and taste. The raita had too much salt, but when I informed them, they immediately corrected it and served it again. The staff were very courteous and valued customers’ opinions. I will definitely visit this place again and would recommend it to others.

Enjoyed our meal here. Our favorites were the yellow daal, the tandoori chicken and the goat curry. Unlike at the other 2 South Asian buffets in town, the tandoori chicken was tender and the naan was soft and not too doughy. The customer service was excellent as well. Only minor issue is that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the faucet barely had any water pressure.

Edited to add that there is plenty of indoor seating and is excellent for groups of 6 ish.

Alright, it feels so good to FINALLY write a good review about a positive dining experience this day in age. This place is not pretentious, with a nice ambiance. We ordered two vegetarian dishes and they were super tasty Channa Masala and Paneer Tikka. The garlic naan which was also great. I haven’t been to India, but the food to me, was full of flavor and reasonably priced. I will come again for sure!

Got takeout appetizers- Indian fries and samosas. Service was great. Host was very attentive to allergies. The fries were like wedges, which was yummy. Could use a bit more seasoning with how thick the fry was. Overall, still great. Samosas were big and doughy. Could also use a bit more seasoning, but that maybe my strong flavor profile.

I mostly enjoyed the food here! However, I got the lunch buffet and a majority of the food was either tempid or completely cold. The workers were super nice and the environment was cute though! The Indian fries here are absolutely delicious, and I will be coming back here to get those!

I had some of the best food here. The Chicken 65 and Masala Dosa were out of this world. It’s nice to have actual authentic Indian food in state college. Indian Pavilion doesn’t come close to this place.

Hands down best Indian restaurant in town. Food is delicious. Everyday the buffet is different, and Soram always greets with a smile.

We ordered there for takeaway and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even tho they were quite busy. We got the samosa, the veggie Manchurian off the indo-Chinese menu which were really good and slightly spicy, the goat karahi which had a nice amount of meat, and the aloo parantha. Will be back again to eat in house!

This place looks clean and cozy compared to the prior establishment at the very same location. There are tons of street foods available, just like in Indian street joints. I tried the veg momo and aaloo parantha. While the momo was okay, the aaloo parantha was definitely better than what you can get at Indian Pavilion. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. DJ over IP for me!
