Beth largely contributed to our perfect wedding day! Ever since we were first referred to Delectable Desserts, Beth was very professional and shared in our excitement. She took our preferences and requests very seriously, and she offered a delicious sampling. We could not have gone wrong with any of the flavors we tasted, but we settled on our all time favorite – red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. We fell in love with the simpleness of a naked-cake frosting style, and Beth suggested the perfect size for our guest count. She also suggested a creative amount of levels and tiers to maximize how many slices we could get. We even threw in some very reasonably priced vanilla cupcakes for those who didn’t share our affinity for red velvet. Beth set the cake while we were at our ceremony, and our guests were each stopped in their tracks at the sight of such a beautiful wedding cake with decorative touches that matched our theme! We wondered if we would have extra cake at the end, but our guests could not get enough! The slices disappeared and everyone was raving about it. Guests who were skeptical about a red velvet wedding cake ended up wanting more! Like I said, Beth played a huge role in making our wedding day perfect! I highly recommend her, and I would hands down use her for more events in the future!

My husband and I had our wedding cake ordered and delivered by Beth. It was AMAZING quality! We had a lemon cake with Huckleberry filling, and it was loved by everyone at our wedding. Absolutely delicious, AND beautiful. She delivered the cake herself to our reception all the way in Trego. I highly recommend her work!

Beth’s cakes are absolutely delicious. I tasted cake from at least four bakers in the valley before choosing her. I had four tiers with vanilla cake and raspberry filling, red velvet with creme cheese filling, coconut with a coconut creme filling and a honey lavender with a vanilla mousse filling that she made just for me. She also decorated the cake with berries and flowers. It was wonderful and exactly what I wanted.

Seriously the BEST CAKES IS THE FLATHEAD VALLY!!!! Beth is the kindest and completely exceeded my expectations! The cake I had her do for my mom’s bday was both stunning and delicious! It took almost 3 months to get my cake order straight via email. With that being said, it was in text and photos via email and I would continuously get information back with the wrong color or sizes. It was like they weren’t being read. That is after I would call and email several times to follow up for a response. I placed a deposit for the cake once finished, however due Covid19, my wedding arrangements were canceled. I was able to obtain a refund, but only after waiting almost 2 weeks. We came to an agreement on having the refund dropped at my bank since I had cash dropped off and I am out of state. I had my Father come get it after my follow up phone call to see where my refund was after a week of waiting and the unprofessional phone call we had. I will say I read reviews about the less than professional behavior that Beth would have, but I tried to provide the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. If you refuse to let somebody push you around or waste your time the owner will try to talk snotty towards you and raise their voice which goes hand in hand with the previous reviews I read. I will spare you the caddy details of my several months of disappointment. My review is just some affirmation if your doubtful of other reviews. I will never place another order. The following day after my Father picked up my refund I received an apology email. I thought twice about placing this review but then again I don’t allow people to raise their voice at me when it’s not warranted.

Edit: After seeing this review, Beth has reached out multiple times in an attempt to rectify the situation. We have come to an agreement in an attempt to fix this issue. I will add another update upon completion on her end.
We’ve been talking to her for 8 months about our wedding cake and dessert bar. She has been extremely difficult to get a hold of. We’d tried several times to get a contract from her. Finally, she said we’d finalize everything and sign the contract, and we can no longer get ahold of her. We’ve called and emailed with no luck, so we’ve been left scrambling to find a new dessert provider as she’s been proven to be unreliable.. Luckily, someone took pity on us. Brides beware, I’d go elsewhere.

We ordered a Anniversary Cake with Beth and it turned out great. She did old school piping with 2 tiers to match my Mom and Dads cake from 50 years ago. Great experience all around and will use her again in the future.

I ordered a dark navy cake with red burgundy flowers and got royal blue cake with some dark purple flowers. She said she could do navy blue and never asked me to clarify color or questioned what I was asking for or asked to modify the cake. I was livid and embarrassed because the cake looked so terrible that the staff of our reception asked us whether there was some special significance for the aweful color scheme. The gold looked watery and sloppy and I’m not sure how a professional could think they had fulfilled their part of the contract. We spent $600 on desserts and cake and feel like we got ripped off because not only was the cake ugly it was bad and the desserts were passable at best. I would highly recommend finding another cake maker for your event. Picture on left is what I requested and the picture on the right is what I got. If your cake is white you do not have any issues.

I had the pleasure of trying some of Beth’s goodies. Not only they were delicious but they were beautiful. She uses top ingredients and is willing to fulfill special requests. Very professional! I’m glad to see this kind of business in Flathead Valley. Highly recommend .
