Established in 2008, Delaney’s Irish Pub & Scratch Kitchen is a Stonebridge community mainstay. We’ve ordered here for years. I fear we’ll have to part ways. It used to be great, but has been declining the last few times. Too many mistakes and now very small side dishes. Apparently they thought that plain broccoli would go better with a Rueben sandwich instead of the coleslaw I ordered. It would’ve most likely been about 4Tbs. worth like my husband’s sides anyway. What happened to this place?

Such a great place! This was actually my second time being here. Although it is noisy when busy just because of the acoustics and I thought it was weird that they are an Irish pub but play all country music? Besides those things, the food was delicious, the servers were helpful and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I had the fish and chips and some places make very greasy fish and chips but this one was only slightly greasy and the fish didn’t fall out of the batter coating like others do. The batter also had a good flavor which is hard to find. We really enjoyed it and will be back to try some of their other offerings. I had the 5 cheese grilled sandwich the last time and it was the best restaurant grilled cheese I have ever had! They also serve an Impossible Burger substitute. Thank you for the delicious meal Delaney’s!

I have been here twice and it has been amazing both times. We have had the pretzel bites, potato skins, shepherd pie, and guiness pie. Oh my goodness it was the best I have ever had. The wait staff was fantastic as well.
This place is legit. Do yourself a favor and try this place. You will not be disappointed. The alcohol selection is also great.

Visiting the area with family who live here. A great sports bar / restaurant if that’s what you’re looking for. Personally I’d prefer a quieter atmosphere. Service was good and friendly. The food was good. I was actually able to get a non sweet Italian salad dressing after tasting a couple. I’ve never understood why American salad dressings are nearly always sweet. We got the red house wine which was quite good although slightly on the sweet side.

Early dinner with the family. Menu was good. Husband had premium fish and chips and it was amazing. Son got pretzel sliders. I got the salad and the dill pickle soup. Everything was delicious and well prepared. Service was quick and pleasant. We will be back!

We love this place… Sometimes it seems like the staff has an issue with serving the poll hall side but we don’t mind waiting…food and drinks are good. Love the pool tables.
The only thing I’d have to say is staff know there is no soap in the women’s restroom. I watched wait staff and kitchen staff go in there and nobody was able to wash their hands properly. There’s a store next door…please get a $1 hand pump soap so your staff can handle food safely.

Since I first left my review a couple years ago, I’ve come back multiple times as of late, and I wanted to add new pictures and about my experiences. Long story short, there’s so many great food options here. The corned beef and cabbage is excellent, the Shepherds pie, pot pies, fish and chips, so many great entrees. The pickle soup is absolutely fantastic and a must. The bread pudding is to die for.
A few weeks ago, I had my first negative experience while dining in, and I sent an email that night to let them know. I believe in situations involving customer service that it is important to communicate with the establishment so they have the chance to fix it. They went above and beyond in their response not only ensuring that I was satisfied, but that it was an educational opportunity for the staff to learn and improve. My visit after that I had 2 managers shaking my hand thanking me for giving them the chance to fix it, and I’m very satisfied being a regular at Delaneys.

I ordered the potato skins to start which were nice, hot, and crispy. Ordered the Guinness Pot Pie which was delicious, hearty, and the crust was excellent. The newspaper like sheet on it was a great touch with mine having the Miracle U.S. hockey, Berlin wall, and Titanic discovery on it.
Based off of my initial experience I will be back with family and friends and invite any potential customers to try Delaneys out for yourselves.

Trivia nights are fun and the pub has a good atmosphere.
Unfortunately there aren’t many vegan food options (an impossible burger), which limits the experience for some guests. Hope to see more inclusive menu options in the future without changes needing to be made to the dish.

Husband and I had dinner & drinks. Haven’t been here in years. Jordan was our server and was super friendly! Drinks were good. Food came out in a timely manner. Only downfall is my corned beef and cabbage plate was less than lukewarm. After a few bites I asked for a box. I was able to heat it up at home. Food was tasty and there are vast menu options.
Giving 4 stars as I won’t send food back so they didn’t have the option to fix the issue. Plus, when Jordan heard my food was cold she wished I would have let her know to fix the problem.
It happens, we’ll be back.
