This place is truly a hidden Gem . We stopped in Del valle for groceries, it is very clean and organized. Friendly customer service! Then my son saw the Beautifully decorated Neveria and could not resist to check it out. Excellent treats and a great atmosphere!! We will continue to be customers.

There was hair/unknown fibers in the Ice cream, it was a $3 dollar ice cream and they said they won’t switch it out for something else because “it was already paid for”. They acted like they were gonna loose $100 if the switched it. It’s not like I asked for my money back lol I only paid for one scoop of ice cream and one flavor, it was more funny the way they acted than anything. That was worth the $3 dollars alone, they can keep money, I’ll just throw it away.

I love this place, but I’ve gone 3/4 times to get fresas con crema and they don’t have them. It doesn’t matter time or day when I go they never have them anymore. Whoever makes the special “cream” should make extra if they know they will ran out. What a disappointment
