Since when did they start making theyre burritos the size of the chicken soft tacos? (which are tiny already!) I used to love going to del taco because they haven’t switched up like everybody else and making theyre items smaller and more expensive. I came here last night through the drive through with my mom. I had a pretty big order as it was for my family of 4. Too be exact a 53 dollar order. I had ordered 4 burritos 4 tacos and 4 cheesecake bites as well as a side of beans. when I got up too the window the young lady with short hair heavier set she was wearing a hoodie had her hair in a pony tail and she had a TERRIBLE attitude immediately when we pulled up too the window. She only heard 2 of the burritos and was super mad I asked for an extra 2 mind you there was no car in line beside me there was one older man inside. whatever everyone has a bad day I didn’t see what happened before I got there no big deal. she parked me I waited. once we received our food she was nice I checked my order as I was grabbing food on my way out back home too grants pass and this is dinner for my family. I notice that our cheesecake bites are missing once again spent 53 dollars on this order so I go inside and POLITELY inform the young lady my cheesecake bites are missing she proceeds too argue with me about how there was a box in there and she knows they were in there I tell her there was no box and offer too bring my order in she snaps at me and tells me she will just make them but it’s gonna be a wait she roughly grabs the back out from the freezer under the fryer. At this point I’m frustrated I have been extremely kind and understanding too this girl so I just straight tell her you don’t need too be so rude I was very nice about it and she said well you don’t need too and mumbled something under her breath. so I went back outside and grabbed my phone and started recording I genuinely have NEVER been treated this bad by someone too the point I was shaking mad. after my cheesecakes bites were done she throws them on the counter and walks away I sit there and wait because no words were exchanged once again SUPER RUDE I sat there for a good 5 minutes she walked past me multiple times until she finally told me they were right there. it was not busy what so ever it was her and another person a cook that was actually in a del taco uniform, he was quiet the whole time and honestly appeared really uncomfortable by her attitude. I didn’t see them exchange words once. I can only imagine how toxic a attitude like that is too the work environment.

My wife told me stories about their battered fish tacos and she weren’t lyin’! Fantastic choice. I love carne asada also, but stick with the fish or chicken, it tasted canned. Otherwise, the service was great, we had a gentleman take our order and even bring part of it out to us. He was so kind and courteous we had to mention him!

My husband and I just ate lunch here, Del Taco on Barnett Rd in Medford OR. We ordered tacos and an orange sickle shake. The tacos took over five minutes to arrive. We were half done with lunch and realized we did not get our shake. We went to the counter and a man said apologized for forgetting it he will make it for us now. Again it took over five minutes for the shake to arrive. We asked for a refund and the manager said they are having problems with their machine. Nothing was said when she took the order but excuses when we asked for a refund. The manager asked why a refund and we said because our lunch is done and the shake just arrived. She was not happy with us for asking for a refund and made like it was our fault. We would have given them grace if they told us when they took the order they had machine issues. But when a customer asks for a refund do not argue with the customer just give the refund and apologize for the problem. I think this franchise could use some customer service training. I would be happy to talk to the owner. I wonder if anyone reads these reviews and replies?? Mendels

Good quality food and fresh ingredients. Manager was unpleasant towards me when I ordered a new dessert item off the menu and acted like it was a hassle for him to teach his staff. It seems like the staff in this establishment are in a stressful work environment. Not only did I receive hostile treatment but I was stared at with disdain for several minutes even when I walked off the property.

This was my first experience eating at a DelTaco. The staff were patient & friendly. The food was hot & fresh, and the restaurant was clean. I’m just bummed cuz we only have Tacobell in my hometown in Ohio and stuck eating soggy tacos with grade “F” meat.
Please bring more DelTaco chains east of the Mississippi, cuz whomever thought of pairing tacos & fries is a genius in my book.

Everything was exactly what is should be. It’s a win if your whole order is right. The torta was the best thing. The total was $28. The bathroom was gross though.
