The culinary experience was satisfactory; however, the service was among the most disappointing I have encountered. While I generally prefer not to leave negative feedback, I hope this constructive criticism will be beneficial. Upon our arrival, we were completely overlooked. We stood awaiting acknowledgment until I eventually spoke up. Regrettably, the situation only deteriorated from that point. I typically dislike causing inconvenience and understand when establishments are busy. Nevertheless, a simple glance and an assurance such as “We’ll be right with you” would have been appreciated. It is disheartening to stand at the entrance for over seven minutes without even being acknowledged. Improvements in service are certainly warranted. The food, as mentioned, was enjoyable. Once more, I am reluctant to provide a poor review, but my experience was the most unsatisfactory I have had at any fast-food establishment.

Very happy to have been a part of Del’s reopen! The new store is very bright and inviting and the staff is extremely friendly.
The food was excellent, hot and fresh, and their fries paired nicely with their Del ketchup.
Looking forward to spending my lunch here again!

The atmosphere and service were great and i enjoyed the carne Asad steak fries. I ordered 2 of the carnitas featured items and the meat wasn’t hard but it was dry. The flavor was okay but nothing special. Some pico might have hel0ed but I normally expect carnitas to have more moisture than that

I really hope they can improve the wait times. We’ve gone multiple times since they reopened and the shortest time we waited for 25 minutes for three cars. The food still tastes good, but we can’t go 25-40 minutes in a drive through for fast food.

It would be a good place to go but the employees, especially the cooks don’t care. They’re slow and sloppy on purpose so people don’t come back. They are slowly killing the place.
