This place is such a hidden gem. I never think to go here but my parents always do and every time I have gone with them it’s a reminder how much better it is than the other place. Lol. The girl at the counter was incredibly kind as well. Only thing is there wasn’t one clean table in the whole restaurant but only myself and my parents there.

This is one of the best Del Taco I have ever been too. Great service and the veggies on the taco and soft tacos were so fresh. All the food was hot and freshly made. Excellent job on maintaining social distance and on wearing masks in the restaurant… My only concern was that the manager of the employees wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves like all of the other employees. Managers lead by example!!

Decided to go to Del Taco as I was craving a Bun Taco. Ordered through the app. then went and picked it up. I drove off to find a spot to eat while I waited for my next job to start. I opened up my bun taco and OMG! What a joke! It was nothing like a bun taco should be. It was literally a snack taco on a bun. I am posting pics of what I got compared to what it’s supposed to look like. No one there knows how to make a bun taco because I’ve gotten one there another time, and I had the same issue. This bun taco was almost 4$. It’s not supposed to look like a snack taco! Such a rip off!
I’m done with this Del Taco! So disappointing because I normally love the food there. The employees definitely have not been trained on how to make a bun taco as the pics clearly show.

The food was disgusting. It was cold. The staff were not very helpful. They were out of every drink. They didn’t have Sprite or Coke asked for a Dr Pepper. They said they didn’t have it. This place is horrible. We’ll never go back again.

Last week I came for breakfast around 10am and they were closed when they are supposed to be open. Today when I arrived I had to ask if they were open and didn’t get a response back for a minute. The girl taking my order wasn’t very nice when I had a small order. The guy at the window was very nice but when I got my food my hash browns weren’t edible and half my burrito wasn’t in there. I live on the north end of Chico so driving back is out of the way I tried to call the store.. no answer.. surprise.

This is the best fast food place for vegans I’ve seen so far. There are several veganizable menu items and already-vegan options as well. The avocado beyond meat tacos were good. I enjoy eating there. I had been meaning to check this place out for a while because of their beyond meat, and I’m glad I finally went. The staff wears beyond meat shirts which is cool. Seeing a fast food restaurant promoting vegan options brings me joy. The atmosphere feels nice, and it seems clean. I look forward to going back.

They don’t serve Taquitos anymore so I didn’t order anything this time. That was my favorite thing,. I’m a weirdo. I can’t order anything else once I’ve decided what I’m going to eat. Still love Del Taco.. Ended up at Casa Ramos.. and it was delicious I got my Taquitos

I dig the queso nachos and various burritos with fresh avocado. They’ve been slow in getting orders out, since the beginning of the pandemic. Every restaurant seems to be experiencing the same issue with under-staffing though.

Pulled in the Drive-Thru and asked for two of the three $2.50 Taco Tuesday deals and a Green burrito. got up to the front and found out I was being charged and receiving three of the regular del tacos. Actually didn’t know that the deal they were given were called mini tacos. After I corrected the order and drove away I found out that a couple of my taco shells were extremely stale and they made me sick. The runaround which was their fault I think they blamed on me and deliberately semi poison me with old taco shells.

Drove through here for lunch, very fast, extremely friendly staff. Large portion, standard menu you’d expect anywhere else, fries were kind of small, don’t think it was filled up completely but overall satisfied.
