Every few months I forget how terrible this location is and I grab something through the drive thru. I picked up a #1 combo. The fries – (they say are voted this best fries) were cold and undercooked – and the absolute worse part was they were extremely bitter. Typically a sign of using old oil that should be tossed out to fry in. Really hope this place is changing their oil. They were so bad I just threw them out when I got home. The tacos were edible except for having to pick the underripe green tomatoes off the tacos. If this is the best you can do then just say you are out of tomatoes and don’t put any on. Very disappointing.

I had such a great visit and I was surprised at how much care and attention the employee that helped me with my order took when preparing my meal. I wish I would’ve asked him for his name, but the young man at the drive through with glasses is absolutely amazing! Big props to him and both his customer service skills and attentiveness.

First time tried Del Taco. I can’t believe grilled chicken burrito actually tasted better than Chipotle’s . Tortilla wrap was thinner, softer and stuffings were less salty.

Much larger selection than taco bell. You can go super cheap with their under $2 menu for Taco Bell like items or you can buy some more signature items like enchiladas, street tacos, guacamole, and salads. Believe it or not you can get a pretty decent hamburger here too.

I ordered from Uber eats. They refuse to give me my money back for a milkshake that I ordered claiming that their milkshake machine was broken when their milkshake machine was perfectly functional. I called del Taco in the morning and they told me there was nothing that they could do because of the fact that I didn’t order through their special app. Do not buy anything from del Taco alls they’re going to do is steal your money just like McDonald’s which is why I stopped going to McDonald’s as well

I just went in to get food at this location. A young gentleman saw me come in and he went towards the back of the restaurant. I waited for several minutes and no one was around. I heard no employees talking they were not monitoring the counter they were not monitoring the drive-thru I said excuse me no answer I said excuse me again no answer so I walked out. I could have walked in there and done whatever I wanted to for 3 and 1/2 to 4 minutes and no one would have even known I was in the store.
This is what you get when you hire a bunch of kids who don’t have any pride in the work that they do. I will definitely not ever go to this Del Taco again. I just realized what the problem was these kids that work here they don’t want to take my order because they closed the inside of the store at 10:00pm and I came in at 9:50pm so they went to the back and they ignored me as a customer. I came out to write the review and a young gentleman with a headset walked up to the door and locked the inside of the door right after I exited the business. Whoever the manager is should retrain their employees how to properly run a store. If the hours of operation for indoor say that you’re open till 10:00, you serve people until 10:00. I wouldn’t even trust these employees to cook me sanitary food.

Normally I look at the reviews but hey it’s fast food right and I’ve been to other Del Tacos and haven’t had a problem came in here and wanted to get the grilled chicken burrito and the add says you get 50% more meat. They have the ad right by the register too it says our grilled burritos now have 50% more chicken that’s a lie . Well……I guess that’s not the case, not at this joint. The burrito is like one of those grillers. There was more tortilla than ingredients lacking chicken, lacking lettuce lacking, just lacking. The flavor was goo, but come on, you advertise 50% more chicken, and then you give me a taquito and call it a burrito. It’s not cool, so I will not repeat.

walked in on a Wednesday evening around 7pm the place smelled like a stinky feet the food was ok one of the tacos we got wasn’t good at it didn’t even eat it just left the place after about ten minutes . couldn’t stand the smell of the place. I don’t think del taco is a very clean place to eat it.

My experience here…
The outside looked okay a little disappointing the drive threw height is only 8ft so unfortunately my work vehicle doesn’t fit. So I parked and went to the doors and they are locked but there isn’t a sign anywhere showing “Lobby is Closed” so I called the restaurant number it rang 12 times guy answers “Lobby is Closed and Corp hasn’t sent us a sign to properly post and we can’t do a hand written one” I responded back “my work vehicle is too tall for the drive threw So can I do my order over the phone?” He responded “I’ll open the door for you”. Food was good no issues. The only other issue I had was the bathroom outside was in very poor condition and really could use some attention.
Overall I am thankful that he allowed me to order because my Favorite quick taco/burrito place is Del Taco!!
