I ordered & have receipt of my order on Wednesday Jan. 7th, 2026 @ approx 415 pm 6 soft tacos, 1 burrito & 1 chicken chesadia . I was given 1 bag With the tacos & burrito ONLY. When I realised this & went back showing my receipt to both window cashier & manager, no more then 15 min after receiving the order, and was basically called a liar & was argued with by the manger. She DID give me the missing item as she should, but was given total attitude when she did so. I came back, tried to call but no one would answer( have call records), and showed my receipt very politely. There was no need for the attitude nor being argued With. Look at the cameras…I’m sure you will find your errors on the recordings, no doubt.

The last two times have been by far some of the worst food experiences of my life, so the first was miserable cold fries, horrible tasting burritos like maybe they made them a few days prior, but the last visit was by far hands down the most miserable ever, after going to the gym I decided to give it another try after the last bad experience. What a mistake that was i used the drive thru since the restaurant dining room was closed, placed my order was asked asked if I wanted to make it large I said yes please, drove to the window & being the only car expected to wait a few minutes at least, but nope my order was somehow ready in the 10 seconds it took me to drive from the speaker to the window, which I knew was too fast but I paid got my small drink despite being charged for a large but just left knowing I was likely in for a huge disappointment & when I got home I wasn’t wrong the fries were cold luke they had just took them out of the walk in cooler, so no fries, but it only got worse from there when I pulled the mangled burrito out of the bag it looked like someone had ran it over with a diesel it was so flat and everything was oozing out of the side, but I hoped knowing that it was ready in less than 10 seconds maybe it wouldn’t taste as bad as it looked, wrong somehow it tasted worse & it wasn’t even warm instead it was ice cold. Please anyone who reads this do yourself a favor and go anywhere but to the Del taco on ave L in lancaster it’s horrible & apparently the workers will serve you old or returned food just so they don’t have to work. I wish they allowed for a zero star option or less than zero because I would give this place -1000 stars if I could. Avoid this place like it’s covid 19 unless you like covid 19!!!

I’ve given this location far too many chances. They keep using old and reused oil on my food. The hard shell tacos are stale, the rollers tortillas are hard to chew, the hashbrowns are made with old oil and taste microwaved. On top of all that BS, I’m not even getting full tacos. Is this location doing that bad??? It should be out of business or get new management/employees.

What is up…… This whole month has been so bad the food is not even good I got 4 taco’s this morning crunchy the shells where expired not stale expired they smelled like something your grandmothers got sitting in her pantry that’s 5 years past the expiration date. the night shift may want to revisit food quality training. And del Taco know when to throw things out I don’t want to eat smelly nasty expired shells

I just went to go buy 2 steak bacon potato burrito. It looks more like a dollar burrito instead. As you can see in my photo right here you could tell the burrito is not done correctly there’s a lot tortilla still left over and they just wrapped it all up bundle it up like if that’s going to make it better just eating TortillaThey could have put more Fries anything just to fill up the burrito you know what I paid 14 bucks for two burritos I could have got the same s*** at taco Bell for to $3.

After having a problem with the Del Taco on Ave N in Quartz Hill, we had given up on Del Taco. But my Wife loves Del Taco so we decided to try this one…Wow !!!! it was “Great”. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food was hot and tasted great. The cooks timing is perfect =hot food. We will drive the extra miles to come to this Del Taco, it is worth it…The prices are actually “fair”, a large fry was only $3.79 which is not bad, and Del Taco’s fries are very tasty.
