Food fresh and delicious. Fast counter service with friendly staff. Dining area appears dated, but adequate for fast food. Restrooms are shared with attached mini-mart store. Parking no problem. Adjacent fuel station is convenient. Overall recommend this Del Taco.

This Del Taco we happened upon,when we stopped for gas at the Rocket gas station in Santa Paula on the 126 highway.The Del Taco is inside the same building as the Rocket gas station,and connected by a hallway where the Restrooms are.Look for the WOODEN WATER TOWER BY THE STOPLIGHT.This Del Taco is clean and free of garbage etc..There are about 10 tables inside the Del Taco,and we have never seen more than four tables with people sitting at them,so it seems a little quiet….based on the 10 times we have come through here. I like that it looks clean.We have gotten burritos,nachos,fries,and it all tastes good.

Food was better than expected. They offered low carb options, not on the menu. Servers were very nice and understanding. Were very patient with me and made my order exactly as I requested. Would definitely recommend this location (especially since I don’t live in Cali and was on vacation).

Went to this place for the first time since my husband moves animals to different places so we desides to get something to eat on our way home found this place as we goint our food we left and i got my son a kids meal i got him the quesadilla meal i opened it cus one it wasnt hot at all and 2 this is what i saw when i opened it ! Thank God my son didnt eat it !

One of the best memories I have is going to a Del Taco with a friend who is a vegetarian. She always ordered the spicy jack cheese quesadilla. Sadly, only cheddar is offered now.
However, we hit it just right and I ordered 2 tostada’s (flat). The beans were not hot enough. However, if you are looking for fiber this is the item to get.
My hubby got 2 soft chicken tacos and was surprised at how small they were. They are street taco size now. We ordered fries which were hot and delicious.
total cost: $18.52. We must have ordered at least one drink.
I had to ask for sauce packets. I did not know. But, took no straw or utensils. Also, have to ask for napkins.
We beat the lunch rush and had an enjoyable time.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Del Taco, I’ve had Taco Bell more often in recent memory. I have to say I was relatively disappointed. Not only did it not taste as good as TB, but I felt like crap afterwards more than I would at TB. The chicken tasted bland and low quality and the epic burrito I had was slightly above ok, almost good. But afterwards I felt like crap, slightly sick and even depressed. Idk if quality has just gone down or I’m just more sensitive these days. All in all, it gets the job done for fast food purposes, but Taco Bell is better in my opinion. 3 stars is generous, should be 2, but it’s kind of expected. Personally I don’t plan on going back anytime soon if ever.
