Went to this location on 8/19/25 @7pm and ordered 3 Del Tacos. The tacos had very little beef and cheese with hardly no lettuce. The tacos were mostly more shell more than anything! This has happened unfortunately 3 times within the past 3 months.
Management needs to retrain their staff on making del tacos and not being cheap with the beef and cheese.
Again I went to this location on 2/10/26 @8:30 pm and wanted to give another chance and again ordered 3 del tacos and again the tacos were very thin.
It’s clear that management still has not properly trained staff to put the right amount of lettuce, cheese, meat.

What’s the deal with putting my tacos in the bag SIDEWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As you can see from the 4 pictures the food was all the way to one side of my taco. I was there on 11/30/2023 just after 11pm. This always happens when I go through the drive-thru on the weekends. PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU BAG THE FOOD

Don’t eat Here!!!!! I ordered tacos got home there was two hairs in one taco!!! I stopped eating through the rest away and called which was the biggest waste of time! I was told to come in and they would refund me I said come in?? I paid with a card I have all the details on my receipt,she said we don’t do it that way,I asked for Corporates number which they didn’t have! I asked for manager in the morning to call they said they don’t take phone numbers?? I was told could come from several people who work the kitchen I asked if they wore hair nets,no answer I described hair color and length no answer Don’t Eat Here!!!!!!!!!! I will call corporate in morning I am so grossed out

Nelva was grade A+++ customer service. Very wonderful woman and all the ladies in between are FANTASTIC ! Appreciate the kind words and fast, accurate service EVERYTIME. JESUS LOVES US ! Psalms 91 is a great protection verse.

This Del Taco was clean, the people were friendly and the food was exactly to my expectations. In stark contrast to the Del Taco restaurant in Newbury Park which is horrible.. good job Camarillo and thank you for the good food and service.

I arrived at this Del Taco about an hour after the lunch crowd. The location was clean. The staff was nice. Sauces were filled at all of the tables. The food preparation itself took a little longer than expected. Once the food arrived, the taste, appearance, and temperature of each item were all spot on.

The del tacos had barely any filling. I asked for mild sauce, get home to inferno. The disappointment is happening too often.

SEPTEMBER 25, 2022 at 12:10am There hours of operations are open till 2am on Sunday. There was 2 cars parked and there was 2 employees inside. They were lazy and NOT WORKING THE DRIVE thru!!!! I even got out of my car and shouted inside the cracks as loud as I could. It was 12:10am when I pulled up to the drive thru and 2 other cars where there too. THOSE LAZY EMPLOYEES SHOULD GET FIRE!! HERE THE PICTURES OF THE CARS JUST MILKING THE CLOCK AND NOT DOING THERE JOB!! WHEN I PURPOSELY PULL UP INFRONT OF THE STORE WITH MY HEADLIGHTS ON SO IT SHINE THREW THE STORE THENNNNN THEY MAGICALLY TURN OFF THE LIGHT!!! WHO EVER WORK ON SEPTEMBER 25 2022 Sunday 12:15am SHOULD GET FIRED ASAP!!!!

Unfortunately came to del taco of course to have a burrito and a chicken taco. I grab their sampler box for 6$! Why…. because who doesn’t like del tacos fries, I honestly ate the whole box. I go to enjoy the last bit of fries… because who leaves fries behind. Just kidding but In all seriousness I was chewing on the last bit fries and I see my fingers super greasy. I say this because The two fries have been dropped. Those fries caught one hair or something, it was not my hair I have black hair this was brown hair. Lupe or Lupita the one who was in charge at the time I spoke too asking for a refund since I already ate all the food haha. She offered to refund the fries I said I want the whole meal refunded, we went back and fourth I had no luck. She kept her ground I did not get the full refund or the refund for the fries just because that’s not what I asked for. I appreciate her trying to help me out but that’s not acceptable. I would have been embarrassed as a person in charge at the time but she was not giving a sense of sincere apology. I worked at a del taco before, only for a couple of months. What I learned working at del taco if we made a mistake would go above and beyond to show we are truly sorry. Lupe the Shift lead was not. She failed to express any sense of apology. I did not get one “ I’m sorry sir” or “we did not mean for that to happen” . Leaving the store I said have a good day, she said have a blessed day. I liked that! I went in again asking for a receipt since I was not given one at the window. I did not ask because I was not expecting this to happen. I walked back in asking for that receipt. I was informed that I could not get one back since their “new system” you can not re-print the receipts. I said ok let me get the stack of receipts building up printing out I will find my own. Lupe said she can not due creditcard numbers on those documents. I understood fully and said ok have a great day. She goes on to say have an amazing day. This time it was said in a way that she felt good about having a valued customer leave her store unhappy.
