I’ve been eating del taco since 1980s this del taco was one of the best, they need more people or training. They forgot the straws, ketchup the beans were hard in the burrito. Come on MANAGEMENT you can do better.

This was more of an app issue than the restaurant itself but I tried to use a coupon for a free Cheddar Quesadilla with $10 purchase. When they scanned my code their program was telling them that I had another order open so they couldn’t process the code. They couldn’t get it to work and so I never got my free item despite meeting the $10 requirement and didn’t even get points on my app. I tried to figure out the issue because now my app was frozen and I couldn’t do anything with it so I deleted the app to find that the app developer was aware of an issue and I would be able to log back in when the app is reactivated. So the app was definitely the issue but I felt as though the staff thought that I was trying to cheat them out of a cheddar quesadilla. Honestly a free Cheddar Quesadilla when purchasing $10 worth of food is not even that amazing if a deal. Either way aside from that it just seemed like they didn’t trust me. The fries were kinda stale and the burritos we received were much smaller than burritos we’ve had from Del Taco in the past and other locations. I’m a pretty regular customer. I hope they get in touch with their team to get the app working properly.

Unprofessional management. During my visit a few days ago, the manager was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy toward both customers and employees. The behavior was uncomfortable to witness and not what I would expect from someone in a leadership role.

I went through the drive thru (you always gets screwed when you go thur the drive thru) i ordered 2 hard chicken taco and 2 chicken soft taco, small cheese quesadilla and 2 large French fries WELL DONE what i got was 4 soft chicken taco fries that were soggy and not well done more like med rare, and a burnt cheese quesadilla very disappointed… when i went to call? WOW phone say this number has been disconnected… figures
