today i went to this store and they were using a computerized voice assistant to take orders in the drive through. this feels like the absolute opposite of hospitality. are you guys really treating your employees so poorly that you don’t even have enough people on staff to answer the drive through any more? never coming back.

Been going to this Del Taco for many years as it is close to my house. Have known the manager and they are usually busy at lunchtime between the walk ins and drive through customers. The food is most always hot and unless they’re short staffed the wait time is minimal.

Service was horrible! More concerned about the drive through time then helping someone in the store if you want any service maybe only use drive through. I was the only one in the store and watched car after car pull up order and get there food before my order was even taken three different people told me I’ll be right with you.
