First time visiting this restaurant. Had great service from attending cashier and person delivering food was friendly and courteous. Didn’t seem like a typical fast food chain. Food was very good, price was more than reasonable. Great deals offered. Restaurant was also very clean. Would definitely eat here again.

Disappointing Tacos, Good Service
I visited this Del Taco hoping for my usual favorite, the Chicken Tacos, but unfortunately, the food quality was very poor.
The Tacos: Both chicken tacos I received contained badly burned chunks of chicken. The meat looked like scraps and was oversaturated with sauce and a gooey mix of ingredients that made them unappetizing. It seemed thrown together and rushed. I ended up having to throw both tacos away and leave.
Order Pickup Issue: I was never given a receipt with an order number, so when my order was called out by number, I had to guess and linger at the counter until I was fairly sure which bag was mine. This was frustrating.
On a positive note, the store appeared clean, and the front counter staff member who took my order was polite.
I was very disappointed by the quality of the food and won’t be returning to this location.

I believe I have already shared my experience with this store. If not I’d honestly like to compliment them on their, speed, efficiency and, their attention to the customer service. I visited again today and they are still doing a great job. They do make your food fresh, it’s not just something they use in the advertisement.

Ah Del taco how I miss the heartburn you always give me. You know me to well. Passing thru from San Diego, the Hilton in downtown has wonderful views of the bay and the new baseball stadium. The stadium looks oddly out of place but they manage to help it blend in into it surroundings. Parking is not fun and stupid expensive. This was morning 7:30ish. I got donuts and churro to go with my hashbrowns and large drank. The people working there deserve so much better.

I’ve been going to del taco for years with my family, and I get the same thing every time, which is always consistently good. A couple days ago I decided to order ice cream, I knew it was a bold order considering it’s a fast food mexican restaurant. I received my ice cream, took a bite, and I was greeted with a sour rotten taste. I hand it to my boyfriend to try, who also had the same experience. When we went inside we asked the worker to try it, he agreed and offered a refund. I unfortunately will not be coming back to del taco after this. I can’t imagine what else of theirs is rotten.

The thin crust pizza was better than expected and the salad was really good. I planned on taking half the salad home but I wound up eating the whole thing. Good decor and good atmosphere. The server was really great. I’m afraid I don’t remember her name though.

Compared with most other del Taco locations, my experiences here at this facility have been generally lacking and disappointing. Not every time but most of the time I am not offered or provided any sauce or napkins. As a student at college who uses this vocation as a quick spot to grab something to eat either before or after school I always use the drive-thru which is never busy or backed up but regardless whenever I get my order I have made a habit of check to make sure there’s napkins and sauce. I would say 90% of time I have to go back and ask or remind them at the window and unfortunately when they do return with it it is usually the bare minimum. The food is never hot it always feels as though it’s been sitting out all day at room temperature and I’m constantly worried about getting sick so I’ve been limiting how much I eat here because of my experiences. Good luck asking employees about the price of items or asking them about whether things are still available in the menu because every time I’ve ever asked a question I have been responded in a way that makes me feel like I’m an idiot. I might be having a unique experience. And I hope I am. Or I hope that this is seen and addressed.
