Got my order taken by a careless worker, she looked like a teen had glasses I didn’t see her name tag. But She got my order wrong and overcharged me I never asked for what she charged me for. I got “to go” so I got to my car and saw it was wrong. I went back& said it was wrong & asked if she could refund me there was excuses so I asked for a manager. She walked to the back and another teen came over to help me . He said they didn’t have a manager and couldn’t refund me, I asked why? He asked his coworker if he did refunds if he would get into trouble”. Then walked away when I was talking to him to take a drive thru order he was nice but I could tell he was struggling. I asked for the girl that took my order because if she took it wrong why couldn’t she issue the refund? But supposedly her she so happened to go take her break after I walked in and asked for help to correct my order. She knew what she did because she still kept whispering to her coworker on the way to the back. Very unprofessional and unfortunately very sad how things are being ran in the “ night shift”.
Order was places around 8:40pm I walked back in there @8:50pm. Hopefully if management cares they’ll retrain their staff.

Young white lady has a unnecessary attitude, very disrespectful when i went through the drive-thru. Older hispanic guy and hispanic manager were great when i walked in. They offered great service and were very polite.

Johnny, a young man with a lip piercing. On the microphone and at the window was so chill and he was very accommodating to our large order. He was relaxed and kind. Definitely needs a raise.

I like Del Taco they have good food for the price but today I ordered the two for five burrito deal and I asked for a spicy chicken and a combo Carnitas burrito. I was looking forward to that Carnitas burrito because it’s seasonal and their Carnitas is pretty tasty. when I got to the job and opened the bag of food I found they gave me the beef combo burrito or maybe it was a Del beef burrito I am not too fond of all of that loose meat but I could eat it. it says right on the receipt Carnitas burrito. they got my order wrong and that’s why I’m giving them two Stars, the rest of the order tasted fine

I used to go this del taco when i was a kid when my family would take a trip to the beach, always stopped here every time kinda like a routine habit. Hadn’t been in over a decade until i took my daughter and wife after our first beach trip. Felt like i had too, for the sake of nostalgia. Perhaps my review is heavily favored in a positive memory but to me I like that it’s a little crowded and a tiny little place, I love the food every time (My wife wasn’t too thrilled but she’s born and raised for Mexico so this is whitewashed to her (she says)) and the employees do their best and i think thats far better than expected for the area and its pace. Expect a line but it’s fast and worth it.

Sat at the speaker for 3 min no response had 4 cars behind me now went to the front and told him I was there for 3min and no one said anything he said sorry. I said it cool can I just place my order and told me for sure can you just go around now there’s six cars screw this place why couldn’t you take my order on the dine in monitor that way it doesn’t mess up your drive orders.

Best Del Taco in Orange County. You can tell this location is run extremely well. Staff is extremely friendly. They very rarely mess up orders. The food quality is really good. Plenty of parking easy and tons of seating with no homeless people taking over.
