My son just left the drive thru. Missing his burger. Not the first time this has happened. He went back but the line was too long. No one answered the phone when we called either.

Wow this place is terrible like the worst del taco I’ve been to. The line is always way to long no matter what time I come here it’s ridiculous!! They have very rude managers with such bad attitudes. I spoke with Angelic but she was very very rude!! She continues to tell me that they didn’t get my order wrong and that that they made everything fresh and it was not fresh!!
They made me park for my order which took forever. I had to come back inside to tell them about my order since the drive thru line was way too long. My order was definitely missing alot of items. They touched my food WITHOUT GLOVES!!
That’s Disgusting. Heard them coughing and did not see anyone wash there hands.. The rude employee named rama she was disrespectful at the drive thru window when I got my order. These people should not be working in fast food!!! I Definitely would not come back.

When I asked for fries well done/crispy the supervisor said that the order was already packed up.
There is no way to order on the app “well done”
This is very bad customer service. She was short and had attitude. I do not appreciate this treatment and I will NEVER return to this particular Del taco on moreno beach blvd in moreno valley.
I’ll take my money elsewhere for tacos.

This place is terrible!! After leaving wendy’s I also got del taco and It’s only 7 o’clock and the line is ridiculously long!! About 20 minutes till I left the drive thru. They even messed up my order. My food was cold and disgusting. They are super slow. I hate this del taco I’m never coming back.

This Del taco is above average, the staff was friendly the dining room is clean and a lot of people seem to use it.
The food was fresh and as ordered.
Clearly a Del Taco doesn’t compete with a steakhouse… But comparing this location to other Del Tacos, and other fast food options, they definitely stood out as clean, polite, and efficient.

This place is disgusting!! The food takes forever I had to wait 30 minutes while the managers are just talking having a inappropriate conversation acting like they are not at work. It’s ridiculous!! Very rude people they have a terrible attitude. I asked for hot sauce since there was none by the napkins and the manager janet rolled her eyes acting like it was so hard to get me some hot sauce. She told me “here you go” . Didn’t say anything friendly like “have a nice day”. Instead she just had attitude towards me and rolled her eyes. My food was cold
