Food was ok, but I was absolutely blown away with the shift manager, Francis, and her crew members attitude. Whilst dining in, after every drive-thru order, her and another lady would talk terrible about their customers orders, in Spanish. As if they were the only two there. Overall they were absolutely unprofessional and made my whole experience there uncomfortable.

This is the first time I have ordered here. I went inside and the restaurant was clean. A friendly employee offered to help me with the kiosk. Unless there is no other option, I won’t use a kiosk. it makes me feel less than human. I told the employee I would go through the drive through. She was fine with that. I scoped out the menu and went out to the drive through. Another friendly employee took my order. The $7 big box is a great option. No fries and plenty of food. I paid cash, and got my food. I was offered sauce and provided with napkins. The food was warm, tasty, and as advertised. Overall a good experience. 5 stars for the drive through and the friendly employees.
Minus 2 stars for caving along with the rest of the fast food industry. Restaurant dining rooms that don’t have a human to take your order are little better than food troughs for farm animals.

My what a rude place… food was as expected- always fresh and decent. My 92 yr old mom just wanted a burrito- manager’s response ” we have 15 tyoes of burritos make your choice” (it was not busy at all) her response was she cant have beans… he was not happy with that response- and I rescued her and ordered for her.. another guy came in ordered food and a drink- instead of putting his drink in the paper cup- he put it in his own cup- then was prompty scolded by the manager- ” next time use the cup provided” …. the customer tossed another couple of dollars on the counter saying “the manager accused me of stealing a pop… here’s to pay for it”…. I’m sure the “pop” guy and I shared the same thought- NEXT TIME- ha… not going to be a next time! Just a nasty attitude from the manager… regular employees were friendly and seemingly embarassed by their “leader”…. So we apologize for taking your valuable time by coming into your restaurant….we won’t let it happen again….

I’m giving five stars cause the burrito and the quesadilla rock the service and the fries were four star but it didn’t ask for the fries to be cooked fresh and they were pretty damn good

Lady at the drive thru window told me I couldn’t have my strawberry lemonade cup filled up high in the cup because that was her restaurant’s policy. Ot was empty from the top rim of the cup about 1 1/2 – 2 inches of juice. Wow! Baffled by what she said!

Wow, food was terrible. We went in and ordered and since it dis take a little bit longer we figured the food would be fresh and tasty. Boy were we wrong. The bean and cheese burritos were skinny with no filling at the top, scant amount of cheese and negligible green sauce, plus the beans were pasty and the tortillas were “wet”. The tacos didnt have anything inside (pictures provided), and the “chili” cheese fries was really just fries with red sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. We had taken our order home and open our bags up to this nonsense. I’m glad we are moving from this area soon so we dont have this as the closest Del Taco location.

The employees here are outstanding! Had a bit of a misunderstanding the lady that handled the situation was very knowledgeable about how to handle it didn’t get frustrated didn’t take it personal and del Taco tasted like del Taco let’s go!
