The food here was great overall! But we did run into an issue with our order on 7/13 around 7:30 PM. The person taking the order seemed confused, even though it was pretty simple: we ordered two box combos. Both were supposed to have no sauce in the burritos, and one of them also had no sauce in the two chicken tacos. Instead, all the burritos had sauce, and none of the tacos did. We couldn’t eat the burritos because of the sauce, which was disappointing-but everything else was delicious.

Just wanted to let you guys know, you have the best service since you guys opened this location. Food is on point, the service from the window to management has been phenomenal! I’m not too sure of the name of the drive thru employee who seems to work 7 nights a week but I can tell you that I feel appreciated as a human being whenever they or anyone serves me and my family. Really nice personable people here. My orders have been spot on as far as I can remember. I do recommend this store as a stand out establishment. Thanks

There ATM never works in the morning it’s always cash only before 4:00 and they don’t know why and I don’t know why. If they don’t block off the drive-thru Most places if their ATM is down they give you your food for free to a degree. They have no one working the registers and it’s one of those do-it-yourself menus. Doesn’t even give you the options if you wanted extra of some items. Those kiosks make it take way longer. We have been going to this particular location for quite a while, the staff is generally very friendly but the last time we were there the manager and his name is Dylan was very rude and very disrespectful we will never be back again he was not helpful but the food is good. I was disappointed we really liked this particular location, by the way they followed all. Covid protocols and I didn’t see any homeless people hanging out,They are also very reasonably priced,the last Dell taco I went to off of 14th they weren’t very nice and the parking lot was very dirty, eat local ,spend local, buy local.

I went thru this drive thru at a very slow hour around 11:55pm to be exact. I ordered fries with no salt and asked about the drinks. I couldn’t read them because when the cashier added my order to the screen, the drink menu disappeared. I asked the operator what drinks you have. His response ? Coke products. So I get to the window and had the misfortune to speak to Alex. He is rude to say the least; I informed him that the drink menu disappeared which is why I asked about the drinks. His response to me? Well it takes too much time to name the sodas so I say coke products and everyone knows. I told him, no everyone doesn’t know because we dont work at Del Taco and that’s his job. His remark to me? Well I dont know what to tell you, its coke products. I asked his name when I was leaving, he said “Alex. Why whats your name”. I was even more upset to get stale fries on top of everything else. Since its too much of a inconvenience for Alex to do his job maybe he should find another. He’s not a good representative of Del Taco

This is by far the worst del taco I’ve been to. The last 3 times they messed up my order but this time was the worst and im not going to come to this del taco anymore, the forgot my large fries, they didn’t put sour cream on my.3 tacos, they put the wrong sauce on both burritos we ordered and took a lot longer than most places do. I wish I could get my money back from all the stuff I paid for and didn’t get. I will no longer come here.
