This place sucks, the people working here are so inept. The last 4 times I have come here getting their new promo burrito they have either added sour cream (and a lot of it) when specifically requesting to not have any OR they have given me a completely different burrito. Mistakes happen but this place is consistently a nightmare.

Extremely slow. Then they make you back up and pull forward every time to trick their sensors that they are faster than they are. Better off driving down to the other Del Taco. Burritos are half the size they used to be. I have waited in line 40 minutes before. Management needs to hire more people. Often they forget to add salt and seasoning to their beans. There isn’t much that is good about this location.

Every time ive been thru the drive thru in the last 6 years, ive been aake to back up or park before geetibf my food. Just so they can cheat the time clock. The “new” bigger burritos,they are the smallest ive ever seen out of del taco.

You’re better off going to the one further down the boulevard, you’ll certainly save time. This location is INSANELY slow. It’s actually unreal. 20-30 minute wait with two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Like I said, go further down at 10th Street. Much better service there

Extremely slow…. It’s terrible to think that you’d save time going to the bottom of the boulevard. Didn’t get my order right in the first place and when I corrected at the window, they still forgot my quesadilla. Sloppy service.

Placed an order online at 10:14. When my son got there the doors were locked. Sign on door said 10 am. An employee inside heard him knocking but ignored him. Called the store and spoke with the manager Kristen at 10:28 who sounded like she could care less. I stated that my order had breakfast items and they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. She told me that my order has been ready. When I asked if my order was cold then she changed her story to they just finished making the order and that they were at the window picking up the order now. My mom and son got my order from Kristen at 10:38 which is weird since the order was ready. Then Kristen tried handing my mom a complimentary coffee my mom stated that no one drinks coffee and was told that nothing else was ready and basically forced my mom to take the coffee. Absolutely the worst customer service especially coming from a manager. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location when it comes to service. My children love Del Taco and the food is good but not worth it because of the service.

I really hope they change. My son convinced me to try again. My combination burrito…or what’s supposed to be a burrito I’m really trying to be supportive but if you drive through or order delivery you’re taking your chances. Lucky I had straws at home for the shakes. I can’t make this up ….
