Probably one of the worst Del Tacos I’ve been to. There’s no cashier to take your order the only option is to do it yourself on their kiosk. Then you order your meal to go and they don’t even put napkins in your bag, they expect you to do half of their job for them. I requested extra sauce and extra cheese on my burritos and that wasn’t done and the burritos fell completely apart the second I unwrap them. When you make your order they request you type in your name so I put dad and they wouldn’t call out my name because they felt uncomfortable saying dad just like I felt uncomfortable creating my own order on their kiosk. I’m genuinely surprised they didn’t ask for a tip

A very good location. At least 5-6 people working so service is fast. The man taking my order reminded me to order fries…lol. He was right. “She loves fries” I told him. “I knew it” he replied. no del taco in big Bear so we will come here.

They don’t know how to count ,I Only Order 5 tacos and got 4 ,How hard is it to count to 5? . To tired to go back , On my way to work, Its just disappointing how Employees dont care for your time ,You pay and expect What you pay for, No excuse, it was 5.15 AM No customers, but me, check your bags.

This is the best Del Taco period. This is better than the Barstow Del Taco and it’s not even close. You wouldn’t expect it from a gas station location but damn I’m completely satisfied every time I eat here.

It’s inside a Shell gas station for starters. So for this review it 2 for 1. The customer service I received at this Del Taco was excellent! The Management team and staff are engaging and very polite. Not to mention the quality and presentation of the food was excellent. The Shell gas station is exceptionally clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly and always willing to help! This double threat is by far one of my favorite stops.
