Have been going here since I was a kid and they’ve always had consistently bad service. What topped it all was the building being completely abandoned tonight when they state they are open and still taking orders online. Freaking ridiculous considering they still took my money from my online order, but I have no dinner tonight. Do yourself a favor and take the few minutes go to the 24 hour one down the street.

Went to Del Taco and I was waiting to order my breakfast for about 8 minutes and no one would help me. I saw everyone working back there and they saw me but noone said a thing. Until finally this a worker there said you have to order on the tablet in front of me. I don’t go inside a fast food place to do the work myself because I can go to the drive-thru and get serve faster. I know it’s the future but at least they could have told me. They need to put a sign a tall sigh saying place a order here. The location is very clean. The staff is not helpful.

This location on Main Street in Hesperia at the stater bros shopping center is the worst one I’ve been to. We eat at del taco very often but will NOT go back to this one. I went there on my lunch break, After waiting 16 minutes in the drive thru to get my 8.00 medium #2meal, the attendant at the window fills my coke cup with what looked like water, it was horrible. I asked him to replace it with Dr pepper..it tasted about the same..go to open my chicken tacos and the chicken is burnt. So basically I paid 8.00 for a medium French fry.
