I asked for something very simple: a well-done burrito. Not complicated, not unusual — just well done. Somehow that basic request still managed to be ignored.
When I opened it, it was obvious the burrito hadn’t been cooked the way I asked. The tortilla wasn’t properly crisped, the inside was barely heated through, and the whole thing felt rushed out the window without anyone bothering to double-check the order.
This is the kind of small detail that separates a place that cares about quality from one that just pushes food out as fast as possible. When customers make a simple request like “well done,” it’s usually because they actually want their food cooked thoroughly and prepared with at least a little attention.
Instead, it felt like the request was completely ignored. If basic order instructions aren’t being followed, it’s not surprising when customers leave frustrated. Taking an extra minute to prepare food properly would go a long way toward improving the experience here.

Okay it’s fast food I get it. I still love it. Whenever I’m in the area, this is my go to place for quick tasty food. Glad to see the beyond meat offerings. The $1 chicken wraps make for easy eats in the car. What I really appreciate at this location is that you don’t need permission to use the restroom. No codes, tokens or buzzers. When you gotta go…. just go.

Drive thru took forever. Was in line a good 20 minutes before it started moving. All we ordered was an ice coffee, easy on the ice and a Chocolate sundae. When we got the coffee it was filled to the rim with ice. My Sundae was put in a cup with a lid. Looked nothing like the picture I saw advertising the damn sundae! Paid almost 2 bucks for the sundae. Not a very happy customer!

Sorry to say, but place was short staffed, only seen two people working, and both barely. spoke English. Had to repeat order several times and they still got it wrong. Sad, this was my go to Del Taco.

It was decent. Nothing special. They got the order correctly. Food was good. I asked for extra green sauce in spicy chicken burrito but didn’t get it in the 4 burritos I ordered, but it’s alright. It was still good. Attentive after the long wait. Very fresh because it was hot when I got it.

Del Taco Cheeseburger is the best and my favorite. But today I was really disappointed. I ordered on the drive thru for my favorite burger and when I get home. There was no coleslaw in my burger. I’m very disappointed. I hope they did not change their recipe.

I was waiting in line and by the time I got to the speaker nobody told me to hold on or even acknowledged that I was waiting. I waited a minute to say to say “hello” and a minute after someone said to wait. I had to wait over 3 minutes to take my order and had to repeat myself 2 times. Not a great service. The point of drive thru and fast food is supposed to be for fast service and that’s not the case here.
