I get it, it’s late and you got the night shift, but that’s no excuse for leaving me at the window for 5 minutes after giving me the wrong order while you fill the sauce container. and, respectfully, if i want 20 inferno sauce, i expect 20 inferno sauce it’s amazing. the mini cheddar quesadilla also looked more like a cold taco full of cheese.

I don’t normally do these but like come on now… this is just absolutely disgusting. And when I noticed the moldy ice machine I let them know and still nothing was done about it and I kept getting looks from the staff.
& when I got my food the beans were super burnt and they definitely skimped on the taco. I honestly don’t know why I still decided to eat there. I should have just asked for a refund. I guess I just wanted to see if anyone was going to do anything about it and they didn’t. Being someone who works in food this was just extremely horrifying to see. Won’t be going back again.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They ran out of beans and then made me wait 15 minute before telling me because they said my online order didnt come up; despite them asking when I came in if I placed my order already. I said yes and proceeded to wait. If you knew you were out of beans, probably the most ordered ingredient there, you should tell your customers. When I asked for a manager, Sara (“manager”)acted more immature than her 18 year old staff member. She proceeded to tell me nothing and then said I can find the number to customer service online and refused to refund my order since it was placed via the app. I cannot belive the poor customer service exhibited by their staff. I guess that is why she is in her 40s working for del taco. I would avoid this place.

Also, this Del Taco is the only Del Taco that has managed to make “the Del taco” look absolutely pathetic. This is supposed to be like a Monster of a Taco, the original Taco, but it’s normally at least 50% empty.

Normally I don’t dine in and just go through drive through but stopped in during holiday weekend. Food was hot and tasted great! Not sure why other reviews show pictures of mostly cheese in their tacos but service and quality of food was exceptional. The kiosk is a plus and can’t blame the management if people aren’t inclined to use new methods of ordering . Staff greeted us and offered to assist with kiosk if we had questions. The establishment was clean and staff attentive to customer needs. Keep up the great service.

No kind of customer service, you must use a kiosk to place your order, but I’m sure that you can use a mobile app. There also no clean place to seat, so grab a few paper towels and clean a spot. The food is over cooked and some of it is burned. The staff worked very slowly to cook the food. I guess that I was just desperate to eat something.

this one has the kiosk you order at, which I personally prefer, but I helped the gentleman ahead of me order because there wasn’t really support watching him struggle and we had to ask for help ourselves to get the discounted 2 burrito deal. also the burritos were assembled a little loosely and fell apart on us a bit. they buz you in if you use the restroom at this one. so clean and everything tasted good nothing to be really upset about, just could use a bit of training for a couple of points there I think so they would be easier for customers to be comfortable with

they just sell bad food. all the food taste like they never dump the oil. stop eating here. food cook in old oil, they barely gave me any fries, burger buns hard. they are not clean people.

I’m a vegetarian and they gave me real meat in my beyond taco. The beyond meat is supposed to be mushy (as seen on the top of the meat) but instead is grounded up and it never looks like this. I had my meat eating dad try some and usually he can tell me right away if it’s fake or not but he had trouble telling me. I’m disappointed because this has never happened to me before and the first time i go to this location it happens.

Not very clean at all, restrooms are filthy, 3 tables were full of food and trash. Cashier was a young girl, who seemed new, had asked manager for help and he acted annoyed for having to assist her. Food was average, but cleanliness of place makes it all very questionable. Won’t be returning.
