Order the new quesadilla guacamole chicken taco absolutely no guacamole. Vegetables were not fresh let alone it was extremely difficult ordering at the window because the person did not understand what I was saying. Totally a frustrating experience on top of that. I tried to call and tell them about the taco’s and more than once nobody answered ♀️

Most Rude, entitled, self absorbed team ever. The three women working, young Hispanic, younger African American, and older Hispanic lady, are always rude as hell. Can in front of us sat at the order menu for 10 minutes without anyone answering. So I went inside and they were just chilling in there “oh our systems down.” Then I told the lady in front of us. They took their order at the window 5 minutes later, taking 5 minutes for a shake and bean burrito, no guests inside. When we pulled up for the window they told us to get to the back of the 5 car line. They don’t take orders at the window. “Your system was down” went inside and told them that they messed up my husbands order 4 days ago and they said no they can’t help us even though they said at the drive through window they would. So when we pointed that out she said oh well. And that there was nothing they could do, when I said any other fast food locations would have let us know by coming outside to at least inform their customers rather than ignoring them, she said to go to one of those then. My husband tried calling and while calling I went back in. No one was in the kitchen area for a long time. One girl was in the back, one in the kitchen and the other was making drinks in the front dining area soda machine. After ignoring me and the phone the young Hispanic girl begrudgingly turns to me after ignoring me for an order. “Can someone answer the phone? My husband keeps calling.” “Well you can see we are very busy” there is one person in the lobby who just walked in and the one person in drive thru and none of them were in the kitchen for 5 minutes …. But they are so busy! When I pointed that out she rolled her eyes and ignored me moving to take the order of the person who walked in to order since they kept ignoring everyone in the drive thru. This Downey Location is a bust, I never get what I Pay for,. They raised the prices so there should be no reason for not getting what I pay for. All I ask is to get the Extra Cheese I PAY for on my Epic Combo Burrito. Never Ever Get It ! Something wrong with Del Taco !
