They, don’t even deserve the one star.They don’t know how to take the orders.The way that you are giving them to them.And then by the time you get to the window , they’re refusing to give you what you ordered. One hundred percent don’t recommend the attitude of the employees also not something we want to deal with.

I was in the drive thru and placed an order for a cheddar quesadilla and I asked them to make it “bold” because that’s just how I like it and I ordered some tacos with a drink adding up to $25 bill total. The Manager “Matthew” was taking my order and he messed up as he just put the order in as a regular cheddar quesadilla. I should have checked the receipt since their monitor wasn’t functioning I couldn’t see the items I ordered. I just got off from work and I decided to eat in the parking lot since I hadn’t eaten all day. I took my first bite out of my quesadilla and noticed it was very flat and it was hardly anything there but grease. I told myself maybe they just forgot, I go back to the drive through and told the guy hey I just ordered the quesadilla wasn’t bold, can they make me a new one? The manager replied he’d have to charge me again another $6. When I asked them if they could at least refund the old quesadilla since it wasn’t what I ordered but then he asked me to return the 1/2 eaten quesadilla which mind you is very unhygienic and could be a potential safety hazard. I told him if that was the case, then just refund me for everything I didn’t eat, that interaction made me lose my appetite and it left a really sour taste in my mouth. I was fortunate to get a refund on everything else (except for my drink and the quesadilla I had already eaten). I don’t think the current manager is very experienced or knowledgeable and instead of making it right he lost a regular customer. I’ve looked at my bank statements and I’ve spent over $7,000 eating at this Del Taco last year alone and this was the first and only case where I’ve been severely disappointed with their service. Please retrain or replace your manager as they clearly don’t know what they are doing. I’m also a manager of a hotel and although we’re not in the food industry, if we’re at fault we always find a way to make it right. I hope a lesson is learned from this review and that it doesn’t happen again to other guests in the future.

I really like the beans here at this location there so awesome however tonight the Coca-Cola tasted like diet coke it might need to be evaluated because it tasted the same through the drive though and it did coming from the inside dining room fountain drink machine.. other than that the mens room urinal needs to be serviced. but over all great experience thank so much
Every time I go to this del taco they’re either closed or they tell me they can’t make me the food I want.. why is this place even there if they don’t operate as a business..
Update: still no milkshakes and though they were able to make quesadillas finally they were unable to properly make them to order…this stuff is so damn simple people. It was 3:16 am it was not busy at all and the woman that took my order recited it back to Me I guess to verify my order was correct which it was, well untill it ended up in a bag on my lap..even the receipt shows it was steak and not chicken… thers something serious going on here that need to be investigated before GOD forbids somebody gets sick or hurt.. this is truly mind blowing , pull yourselves together over there please……..
Hello I live near the new deltaco on Jefferson and 42nd In Bermuda dunes and I littaraly go there every single day/night because I like the food there but when I go there and order my favorite chicken Quesadilla and I’m told that they cant make them but they can grill a burrito. And every time I ask for a milkshake im told that the machine is broken. WHAT… this place is dam near brand new what the heck is going on here. Now I’ve managed two different fast food restaurants and I’m pretty sure that what I’m being told by these LAZY employees is a lie. I’d really like to see shakes and quesadillas sold all the time just like everything else is . I don’t appreciate being lied to

Drive thru…VERY slow with only 1 car ahead of me. Waited behind 6-7minutes. Server was very pleasant, but tacos were the worst tasting I ever had from any of their other locations, and I have frequently ordered from at least a dozen others.
